Brought my 2 girls in today for the first time, ages 3 and 11. Everyone was so attentive and made my girls as well as myself feel more than comfortable. Highly highly recommend! After the visit my girls got to pick out balloons and play the claw machine until they both won. Super kid friendly. We loved all the staff there as well.

I seriously loved how friendly and caring they were towards my son. My son is extremely shy and has a speech delay. But they took their time and explained everything to him before they did it. Not to mention that some staff are bilingual so they were also able to speak Spanish to my son (which he understands a little more). He cried a little during the x rays but the staff was so patient with him. Over all great experience. I had switch from another kids dental place due to feeling always rushed when we went over there. Glad we found bubbles. Plus my son loved the claw machine!

They not only got him in they were speedy and seem bothered they couldn't move faster to get this resolved and it wasn't even a three day time from us coming to be evaluated to when his tooth was pulled to issue resolved he's on the mend at home. The staff wasn't just knowledgeable they were professional, caring and kind. They took they time to fully evaluate my little guy even though he was trying to elope and scream through their building. They were totally understanding that this was just out of his little wheel house of remotely ok and they strove to figure out how best to sooth and connect with a child who will do everything in his power when hurt to not do that. They also knew when to lay off and let him be. It was all really impressive. When I became over whelmed and started to cry the doctor made me feel human and that she saw I was a mother doing the best I could while my son was rolling on the ground in the parking lot refusing to come in. When we did bring him in it was sooo fast maybe 15 minutes he was back there till when we were told to come back. He was already waking up and trying to sit up. He was immediately much calmer and seemed like he was no where in the same ball park for pain. All meds were sent promptly and correctly to the right pharmacy of asking and the reception staff helped me fight my insurance and when a mix up happened on our end with receiving drop off time for procedure they still after hours found a way to help us know when to come in at opening to see if they could get him in and they did. Zero additude, no gruff and just understanding why and what happens to make us miss the call. THEY ARE AMAZING, honestly just couldn't sing higher praises, they really went above and beyond and this will be the only play we go to now for dental surgery and sedation, who also might I add are just amazing their team that Handel's sedation are just fantastic and are so carefully with the littles.

I started brining my kids here because my oldest is on the spectrum. I don't know what has changed but the last couple of times I've been there it has left a lot to be desired. They used to be so gentle and understanding with my special needs kiddo and now some of the hygienist ( not all of them) are kind of borderline rude. This last time she told my kid to stop moving and something about acting her age. She's really good at listening but is on the spectrum. They have also had new dentists in there that I have just not been super impressed with. Their carpet could also use a deep cleaning. Anywho, We miss Dr. Jenny. Alas, good things do come to an end.

The care i have received from this entire office has been absolutely outstanding to say the least. I have seen ("Dr. Alex") they call him, four times now and every single time i have received exceptional care from Dr Alex, the dental assistant, the front office staff and also the sweet lady who does the billing. I only wish i had found this denistry years ago, they are all just amazing!

False Advertisement…read more I paid $456 for a package advertised as including two professional cleanings, but what I received was completely misleading and honestly infuriating. At my first appointment on September 22, 2025, the hygienist only cleaned half of my teeth in about 30 minutes and told me to come back later in the week to finish. Then the office claimed that this second visit would count as my "second cleaning." So basically, they tried to count one cleaning split into two sessions as the two cleanings I paid for. That's like paying for two burritos and being given one burrito cut in half -- it's absurd. This whole situation was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and felt like a complete scam. It honestly ruined my week trying to sort it out. Their own brochure clearly states "two professional cleanings," yet I only got half of one. The experience left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of, and I would strongly warn others to stay away or double-check everything before paying.

Triggered an Investigation: An active investigation is now officially open with the state regulatory board and insurance compliance teams. Faced Office Retaliation: Instead of addressing the administrative failures, the office retaliated immediately. I received an Express Mail letter from the clinic officially terminating the doctor-patient relationship and firing my minor children as patients. Suffered Financial Harm: Because they abruptly canceled my daughter's scheduled oral surgery and withheld necessary medical referrals, I am now forced to pay out-of-pocket to urgently find a new dental office and restart her care. This corporate contract machine would rather completely abandon minor patients than operate with professional honesty. The certified paper trail of their retaliation has been forwarded to the state board.

I'm a little sad to write this. I've been bringing my 7 and 8 year old here since they were babies…read moreand, with few exceptions, we have had good experiences. My daughter is autistic and non-speaking and also has some medical trauma, so being in any clinical setting is understandably upsetting for her. She is petrified from the moment we walk in; she cries on and off, clings to me like a koala, and refuses to open her eyes from the second we enter the building, but is still pretty compliant with her (very basic) exam. We usually have to wait 15-20 minutes before being taken back, which doesn't help either, but I get it. Today we got some of the usual stares and eye-rolls when my daughter started getting upset, which I don't like but tolerate. We are used to it. My daughter's exam began first, and the hygienist was wonderful with her. She finished before my son was done, so I took my daughter outside to grandma and then returned for my son. When I came back, my daughter's hygienist was huddled up with my son's (he was halfway through his exam, still in the chair) having an animated, whispered conversation that switched topic as soon as the one facing the doorway saw that I had returned (she all of a sudden started pointing to a picture of three kids at my son's hygienist's work station and started more loudly talking about them). In all honestly, they might not have been talking about us or my daughter's behavior during our visit, but it felt like they were. And they obviously knew that they looked like they were, since they so obviously changed the topic and manner in which they were speaking, and then abruptly ended the conversation. And as a nurse, believe me I get it. We all need to vent after a difficult assignment. But as the parent of a disabled child, it stings. I've come to expect this kind of behavior from average people when we're out and about, but in a professional/medical setting I expect better. It caught me off guard. We will probably continue to come here, because we have had mostly good experiences and I know everyone has an off day. It's also entirely possible that we were not the topic of conversation between these two hygienists, but it certainly seemed like we were, and it continues to bother me. My daughter does the best that she can, and it usually isn't "good enough" by most people's standards, but I am very, very proud of her and her progress. Maybe save the personal conversations about your patients for when they've left for the day.

Issue 1:During our early visits we had a billing issue. We went to the office, a gal said "you need to take it up with your insurance. My wife said, we are budgeting and it'd help if we didn't overpay. The gal said Dr. Johnson is a person too and has finances to consider so we should pay Dr. Johnson today. Then we will issue you a check later if remedied." We asked if they could help navigate the insurance and she said she didn't have time because she was heading out on vacation. Fine. Insurance was navigated and Dr. Johnson ended up sending us the difference back months later. Issue 2: We stop going to Dr. Johnson. Only to receive a billing notice a year after we had already stopped seeing them. Fine, paid. Issue 3: billing seems standard for cleaning EXCEPT why is there even a billing code for "Nutritional counseling for control of dental disease", "Oral Hygiene Instructions",and "Motivational Interviewing"? Yes it's $0 but why even have a billing code for asking someone if they brush and floss and then telling someone to brush and floss, and to avoid sugar. Asked for clarification and the receptionist said that it's $0 and it's rolled into the CAMBRA recall line as it's not covered by insurance and is part of your $10 copay. Still doesn't explain WHY the office has a billing code for these items. The same lady said, "that there is a special questionnaire used to help patients achieve dental goals". Listen, I get that this is a business, but the collective experience is just too much.
