False Advertisement. I paid $456 for a package advertised as including two professional cleanings, but what I received was completely misleading and honestly infuriating. At my first appointment on September 22, 2025, the hygienist only cleaned half of my teeth in about 30 minutes and told me to come back later in the week to finish. Then the office claimed that this second visit would count as my "second cleaning." So basically, they tried to count one cleaning split into two sessions as the two cleanings I paid for. That's like paying for two burritos and being given one burrito cut in half -- it's absurd. This whole situation was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and felt like a complete scam. It honestly ruined my week trying to sort it out. Their own brochure clearly states "two professional cleanings," yet I only got half of one. The experience left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of, and I would strongly warn others to stay away or double-check everything before paying. read more

Instead of Happy Hour.. I go to my Dental Hygienist at Soft Touch Dentistry to get the Red-Carpet Experience and Special Treatment: And I leave with a Million Dollar smile every time! This is a long-overdue review: The Doctor took me in on the same day (no appointment.. and new client) during tooth-ache emergency back in November of 2023.. Doctor immediately resolved my tooth-ache which was at a level so painful my head was about to explode! Doc and his staff relieved my pain and then referred me to an oral surgeon who was able to see me immediately as well. So within 24 hours I went from tooth-ache pain that was unbearable to no pain at all (minus a couple of molars)! Since then, I have been a regular dental patient and have received the best dental care from the Doctors, Dental Hygienist and the Soft Touch Dentistry Admin Staff. Love the quality of care that I get from Drs. Owyoung and Alex. they are very down to earth people who genuinely care about your oral health. While I only started coming to this office a few years it seems that I've known them way longer. I found Soft Touch Dentistry before the pandemic and it was based on online reviews. At the time, I was seeing Owyoung and Dr. Alex was finishing dental school at one of the most prestigious universities. The front staff is always courteous, professional, and efficient. The office is always prompt and I feel that I can come in and get out in a reasonable time. The space is clean and well lit which is how you want to walk into a dental office. . They were super responsive during the pandemic taking precautions seriously and keeping their doors open when most other offices were closed. This is how I was able to coax my husband to come over to the dark side. They do charge a pretty penny so even with our dental insurance it seems that we have a higher out of pocket expense. No star review - active tooth infection and wisdom teeth need to be removed. They refused antibiotics and refused to refer out to oral surgeon. I had to call MD and they were highly displeased about the lack of necessary and basic care and happily prescribed antibiotics. Dentist also didn't wash hands or change gloves from one patient to me. read more

I'm so relieved I found a trustworthy dentist office in this area. I'm one of those people that dreads going to the dentist due to anxiety. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Claire who was the hygienist I saw for my recent cleaning. She was so nice and caring, I honestly can't express how appreciative I am. I'm having pretty bad complications from my braces (my upper teeth roots are all tipped out of the bone, yikes - I got my braces done at an ortho office though, not here) and she was really empathetic and went above and beyond to comfort me about it. She also did such a great job cleaning my teeth. I've honestly never had so much attention and care at a dental office before so I really want to thank her. I also appreciate Dr. Owyoung for always answering my questions when I see him and Sophie at the front desk for being nice whenever I call to schedule an appt. I've been coming here since I was a kid. All of the hygenists are super personable & I have always been treated with kindness & efficiency! My current hygenist is Gina & she always remembers details about my life to make conversation & is very gentle with my teeth! Dr. Owyoung always says hi to me even if he does not need to see me at my general cleaning. Vicki (the front desk employee) has always fit my appointments with my busy schedule & has been here since I can remember! She never makes me feel bad about making her give me multiple options for appointments, & always recognizes me right when I walk through the door! This is definitely my favorite dentist office that I've ever been to. Everybody is always so friendly and has a great sense of humor, which is really comforting when it comes to an appointment that is usually considered unpleasant. Dr. Alex O. is very kind and gentle when working. He always makes sure that I am comfortable and listens to me when I have concerns about my teeth. He also helps ease my mind when administering the novocain. My usual hygienist, Elaina (sorry about spelling), is always very nice and let's me know what we are doing as she preps for Dr. Alex. The first time I left after my initial appointment, I remember saying to the ladies at the front "it was a pleasure... which isn't something I usually say leaving the dentist office". Amazing experience! Dr. Alex was very welcoming, informative, and allowed space for me to ask questions. The individual that assisted me after was also very kind and quick (I'm still in awe of the tiny camera they used to take photos of the inside of my mouth that I cannot remember her name). The work flow and efficiency of the office made me feel comfortable and at peace with my care. I was very fortunate that there was an opening to get a cleaning right after the imagining the same day. Con: they want you to come in for x-rays prior to them even scheduling you for a cleaning. I've always just had x-rays, exam and cleaning as a part of my first appointment. This place has actually moved down the street to Corporate Way. It's really called that - I am not making a lame attempt to be clever. I have been coming here for 10 years, and Dr. Owyoung and Dr. Fong are both great. Standard dentist stuff - just all done well. Their equipment is all new and top of the line, and they'll show you cool computer projections of your teeth. I have never had trouble getting an appointment, my teeth come out squeaky clean (with a minimum amount of chastisement for not wearing my retainers ever) and everyone is nice and won't rush you.
