I was in an accident and living in a rehabilitation facility while I heal. Unfortunately some complications kept me from being able to get my laundry done this week and I was quickly running out of clothes. I called Grace's just to simply ask if they offer a pick up and delivery service, which they do. I expected a couple days turnaround and potential he not even a pick up until the following day. Not only did they pick up my laundry within the half hour, but they had it returned to me only a few hours later. I don't know if they could check that quickly every day, but I'm incredibly appreciative of not only their speed of service but the friendly attitude and smile in which it was delivered. Anyone can do your laundry, but not everyone will do it because they appreciate you. This is a fantastic local business that will proudly earn you as a customer.

Their machines are top notch, Heubsch brand with reasonable prices- $2 for a small load, $3.50 for a medium and $4.50 for a large load. Dryer time is 7 min per quarter. They sell detergent, bleach, and softener at reasonably high prices, as can be expected for any laundromat. If you forget your detergents, there's a Family Dollar nearby where you can buy for much cheaper. I had a suit dry cleaned through their services recently. They ship the suits off to a site in southern Bergen County, but since I had my order in during the daytime, I had it the next day. This is faster than most same-day places! Overall I would highly recommend Grace's laundromat. Especially since most of the other ones in the area look pretty grimy and not well maintained. Great hours, great staff, clean place, and if you come early, there's a bagel store next door so you can grab breakfast while you wait. Great laundromat!

When I picked up the shirts they were fine until I noticed on several of my shirts they actually stapled the tags onto the actual shirt labels. Seriously I've never seen anything like this in any of the other dry cleaners I went to. I've seen them staple around the label or button holes on the tag itself but never on the actual label of the shirt. That's either some serious brain dead shit or some serious careless shit. God awful practice. Anyway I'm never coming back. I should have listened to my own gut and noticed why there wasn't much of a rack of dry cleaning in there. Where it goes wrong is that you must use a proprietary debit card to purchase washes and dries. This is fine but there are no refunds. I asked. For folks who are here repeatedly, this works okay. For someone like me who is never coming back to Westwood, it's a waste of money. So before I left, I handed my card (with $4.50 in value) to a nice woman who was doing her family's laundry with her very well behaved daughter. I drive 40 minutes to wash my clothes in this particular place. The machines are new and great! They accept cash and cards which is super convenient. Last Friday (06/07/24) around 6:30 pm I observed one of the young female workers with her husband and two children washing and folding clothes. I'm not sure if they washed their own clothes or customer's clothes, but it was not right. They let their children to take clean clothes from the dryers and place it in the carts. During the process kids dropped clean clothes on the floor frequently. They stepped inside the carts and on the folding tables with their outside shoes. Again I'm not sure if the worker was there during her work hours or not, but the laundromat looked dirty, with mess inside the machines and on the floor. Kids were on the loose! Running and climbing everywhere! I'm not against children in the laundromat, but everything has its own limit.
