I had the pleasure of working with Oscar Rocha this year in organizing the Pajaro Valley high school 2012 prom. Asking Mr. Rocha to be our decorator for our prom was one of the best decisions we made. He did not hesitate but approved to take this as one of his priorities for the 2012 year.
