You get to try so many pots of tea, the tower of goodies pictured with my review including scones and other finger sandwiches, and other delightful pastries. Their red velvet cupcake was moist, sized just right, and had what I believe was cream cheese frosting. The service is fast and friendly and there are teas and tea accessories for sale as well. After the first sip.. I couldn't quite get the cardamom taste. Not with the second, third or fourth. It fell a bit too short for me. Cardamom has a very distinct taste and it was lost in the milk. Just tasted like a regular latte. I had to have more than 12oz (looks like this is their only size) so I also got the cold brew.. but the batch was not as strong as I would prefer. I think it can be better. I'm sadly reminded of the old Keurig days when my coffee would come out tasting extremely diluted but I would still drink to because it was quick and easy. Cold brew is a slow, beautiful and delicate process. This drink did not reflect that awesome cold brew experience.
