Here we go: Misto Completo: this is a ham, cheese, bacon, and tomato sandwich, topped with a fried egg, oregano and olive oil, served on a freshly baked French roll Choripan: Argentinan chorizo on a freshly baked roll with grilled onions and chimichurri sauce on a fresh baked French roll Pamonha a Moda: Brazilian sweet corn tamale stuffed with cheese and sausage Pao de queijo regular and Pao de queijo com queijo catupiry: these are cheese bread (regular) and cheese bread stuffed with catupiry cheese (Brazilian cream cheese) Croquetta de bacalhao: salt cod croquettes Coxhina de Frango e Catupiry and coxhina de bolinha de queijo: chicken and catupiry fritters and corn and cheese fritters. Polenta Frita: fried polenta fries And we ordered 6 of their fresh French rolls to go (they freeze perfectly). The food was just amazing. The sandwiches were unique and perfect.
