Quick and friendly service! I'm happy with my eyebrow threading and would definitely come here again

I went into bubbly's today for the first time in a long time since my last experience wasn't very good. I went today around noon and the lady working didn't say anything to me just pointed at the chair didn't really bother me but anyways my service was done and i looked in the mirror and i still had 6 hairs under my brows that she didn't get. I pointed at the hairs and said look but she just said responded with asking if i wanted gel on them. The tops of my evebrows were also left unfinished. Left a picture below showing the top of my brow that personally looked unfinished. I've never had my brows look like that after threading. read more

From the beginning the lady didn't offer a welcoming gesture, very rude and didn't even seem happy to be doing my eyebrows. Lately their attitude has been very bad and unprofessional, I had asked for a clean up not too much and not too thin, I also said I wanted them to be even shaped so they look the same. When it's finished I literally gasped how ugly my eyebrows looked, one of them was so thin I could tell the difference, I told her I'm not happy with this and instead of apologizing she immediately went off and told me it was what I asked and it's not her problem my eyebrows are not the same. How rude and mean, I wanted to cry how bad and so thin they looked, this was the last straw to their attitude and how unprofessional she was with handling the situation, this place is going downhill. read more

This is my go-to spot when I'm in the area. There are 2 Bubbly's locations, no idea how the other is like. For this location, parking space is limited in the front. There are additional parking spaces in the back, but I still park in the front. Every time I have been here, there are usually 2 people ahead of me. The wait is about 10 minutes before my turn to get my eyebrows threaded. Wait time isn't so bad, especially when watching the Indian music videos/shows on the TV screen. I haven't tried the other services they offer, maybe I'll go for their fruit facial next time. I took off a star because the threading varies per person. Sometimes my brows come out fantastic, and the other times I have some complaints. The owner is pretty good, I usually wait for her to do my brows. If you haven't tried threading or need a place, I recommend this location! They offer threading, waxing, skin care, hair cut and chemical service, makeup, and henna! By the way, it is $10 credit card minimum here. I've been coming here for over 10 years. They're always welcoming and they always do a great job on my eyebrows threading.

Let me start by saying that I used to cringe when I saw people go and get their brows done during covid. Since March, I have had the luxury of being able to work from home, so no one had to see me. I planned on waiting until things got better to set an appointment. Welp... that quickly changed when I found out I would have to host webinars for some of my reps. I started posting questions on different mommy groups and texting friends to see what they thought. A good buddy of mine told me to check Nikki out. I was nervous as heck as I only really leave the house for groceries or rides around the neighborhood to ease my nerves. I went in there with a kn95 mask and a surgical mask lol That's what Im wearing in my posted pic. When I got there, Nikki greeted me kindly and went to work on these Frida Kahlo brows. She had a medical grade mask on and put a face shield on when she started working on my brows. She was fast and very nice. I will continue to frequent her business because she's very safe and she makes this germaphobe feel safe...and pretty with my cute brows. Check her out if you need your eyebrows/lashes done. This placed changed it's not the best as it used to be. Service is okay. The building is always stuffy! Turn on the AC open up the door. I started to choke because of how stuffy and congested the air is. I had to stop the lady who usually threads my brows if I could step outside to breathe lol. There's only one woman who does services that I've ever seen worked here and she does an Okay job. I'm never satisfied to the fullest but paying full price for a full face isn't worth the trip anymore. And I'd still tip here. I shouldn't have to go back home and complete what she didnt finish. I searched for eyebrow threading on my phone and viola! Bubbly's Salon popped up. I did not get a good look at the salon but from what I saw, I really liked it! What really stood out to me was that they have it decorated relating to the culture which was super cool. Even the music. The staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and I loved how my eyebrows turned out. I would definitely recommend coming here for eyebrow threading! I think you are mistaking me for another customer who you might have fought with. I have not been your customer for over three years, I was your customer only for 6 month when i stopped coming to your business. It is pretty easy for everyone here to see that you can not take criticism and use it to actually fix the problems. You should take a class in customer service and learn to be more polite you your customers rather then teaching them to do so. Your customers are paying patrons who have the right to let you know if the service they paid for was not executed properly. Rather then taking out a sword and putting your ego first, learn how to speak to a customer and understand their complaints. And As far as the service I DESERVE, I I'm PAYING you for a service, you should provide me with the most satisfactory service based on the fact that you are getting paid for it, not giving it out as charity. Execution of great service is not based on me walking in being your best friend, YOUR accusations on me not being polite are completely baseless. This is not an argument, it's constructive criticism for you to use to help your business. I love getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here! It honestly depends on who you get. The older women (I guess the owner) always Does an AMAZING job on my brows, she's who I always go to and she knows exactly how I like my brows, square and arched! I've always had uneven brows (one square and arched and one round and straight) but after 2 or three visits she had them even. She's so polite and she remembers me and my friend every time we come in! I would recommend going to her if you want your eyebrows slayed an looking great The middle aged one did my eyebrows once and I wasn't completely satisfied, she moved slow and my eyebrows barely had a change. Ignore the bad reviews! Been going here for over 3 years. All the ladies are super nice and accommodating! :) I personally think they do the best job in the whole Cypress and Katy area. They do get busy but it's cause they are good! If you're in a rush and unsure of the wait time, you could call ahead and ask whose there and if it's busy, just FYI for those who didn't know :)! read more

I got my eyebrows and lip threaded today and my experience was amazing! It was my first time getting them threaded and I don't think I will ever go back to waxing. It was done very quickly and not nearly as painful as I had anticipated. The shape of my eyebrows is so much better than anything I have had with waxing and my skin isn't irritated or nearly as red as it would get after waxing. I wish I had discovered Bubbly's sooner.. I will only be going to them from now on and am referring all my family and friends to them. read more

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about customer service. I went in with my boyfriend for the first time on Monday and we were all treated with kindness. My boyfriend wanted to clean up his bushy brows just a bit, and the lady who took care of us did the job correctly. I was very satisfied, and so was he. I definitely want to come back again -- it is WAY better than going all the way to the mall just to wait in line at the eyebrow shop, since it's always packed. I'm new to the area and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady that did mine was short and stout and top heavy...my eyebrows turned out great but I found my experience uncomfortable. Her breasts were constantly on me. Not to mention she threaded so slowly. I felt I was being tortured! It felt 10 times worst than my first time having my eyebrows thereaded! (Isn't that supposed to be the worst time???) This is the only threading salon I trust in cypress & the one on hwy 6 is amazing I always get my brows done by the same sweet lady for about 4 years now can't believe it's been that long & for such a reasonable price other places by my workplace cost 15 dollars & here it's 8 with card or 7 if you pay with cash & they offer many facials and hair coloring to. Last week on my sister's wedding, my mom an old lady who complained abt the dye leaving a mark on her neck slightly raised her voice to which, I quickly responded and apologized immediately as I understood that even though my mom was right but due to wedding stress her tone was slightly wrong- I thought all was ok and tdy I went for my regular threading that I get done by Bubbly ONLY as I felt as a customer dissatisfied by her team who had done a bad job in the past - so as I walked and greeted Bubbly the owner nicely, she was astonishingly rude to me and refused service to me and humiliated me infront of other customers - I was so embarrassed that I left without saying a word - I am NEVER stepping foot in this shitty salon who don't know how to talk to their customers I'd like to highlight (A) if she didn't want to service me she should've told me in my last visit instead of humiliating a customer whose greeting YOU nicely (B) they are so unprofessional that they can't take a genuine comment by a dissatisfied customer Highly disturbed by the shitty service and incompetent staff read more
