The technicians are very nice and yes will offer other services but I understand that's their job, to upsell. I have consistently been satisfied with their eyebrow threading and the occasional lip wax. The interior is very calming and pretty. The wait is usually 0-10 minutes and the threading service will typically take less than 10 minutes. Always satisfied with my defined and full brows once I leave!

I went into bubbly's today for the first time in a long time since my last experience wasn't very…read moregood. I went today around noon and the lady working didn't say anything to me just pointed at the chair didn't really bother me but anyways my service was done and i looked in the mirror and i still had 6 hairs under my brows that she didn't get. I pointed at the hairs and said look but she just said responded with asking if i wanted gel on them. The tops of my evebrows were also left unfinished. Left a picture below showing the top of my brow that personally looked unfinished. I've never had my brows look like that after threading.

She did a really great job on balancing them out equally and on the shaping. I am extremely happy with the threading results!! Preet also does hair and I talked about some issues I've been experiencing and we had an interesting discussion of possibilities. She gave me her opinions on a couple things and the result was that I told her to get out her scissors and cut it to the length she thought would best suit me. Let's be honest, threading can feel like rapid torturous skin scraping. Preet has a way of minimizing pain. Preet is also very diplomatic. If I'm curious about a service, but she thinks it won't suit me, she'll say so and decline. Her salon is on a busy corner in Copperfield. Once inside, it's nice and quiet and chill. Usually no wait time.
