As a man, I like my eyebrows to stay thick and natural, not thin and not shaped like a woman's eyebrows. I even showed her a picture of a man with thick eyebrows so there would be absolutely no confusion. Despite that, she completely ignored my instructions and ended up messing up one of my eyebrows by making it thinner than I asked for. When I pointed it out, instead of listening or acknowledging the mistake, she started arguing with me and insisting that I was the one who was wrong. That level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If you're providing a service, the bare minimum is to listen to your customer and respect what they ask for. Instead, she kept contradicting me and making excuses instead of taking responsibility. I went there because of the positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. She clearly does not listen to customers and does not know how to handle eyebrows for men. I would not recommend this place at all. I didn't let her finish my other eyebrow and left without paying, never coming back and glad of what I did.

This could definitely just not be my "jam" as far as relaxation goes. I first saw these head spa treatments on youtube and thought I would give it try after seeing this place open right down the street. I saw that everyone was loving their treatmemts. I just had to see for myself. I got their signature head spa experience. Initially the mini facial was nice. I started getting into the groove of relaxing after the first 15-20 mins but unfortunately that didnt last long. I thought I would get leg compressions but I guess their heated pillows were the compressions that they talked about? So, where it started going downhill for me was when the shampoo began. It was extremely rough and if you can imagine a cat scratching on its post that's what it felt like on my scalp. I had to tell the person who was working on me to please let up a bit. The massaging with her fingers in a circle led to hairs being pulled out of my head. I understand you have to be communicative with the person who is doing the spa treatment but I felt like I would have been extremely vocal in every situation because it was all just uncomfortable and it felt like the scrub on my scalp left my scalp raw. I also wondered who actually was comfortable with laying their head on a hard surface when the shampoo and scalp massage began. No pillow.. nothing. My head just laid on a very hard surface for the next 45 mins. I'm not sure if this is what the head spa treatment consists of normally but I am by no means tender headed at all so I can't even imagine someone who is tender-headed to experience this. There were very euphoric moments but they were so quick and wish they could have lasted longer. For instance... the hot water that fell on your neck and ears was very great but lasted very small moment in time. I was pretty excited for the water crown that went over your head and neck but the water that drained out of this was cold and you kind of laid there pretty cold most of the time. Especially around your neck and shoulders. If the water were warmer I probably would have enjoyed it a little bit more but all together I could not wait till this experience ended. Again it pains me to say but I am wondering who else is enjoying this. Maybe it's just not my thing and need to leave the head Spa experience behind me.

I had a great experience with Studio Brows from beginning to end. They're very thorough and had me send pictures my eyebrows they could see what exactly they were dealing with. It was recommended that I have a combination microblading and shading procedure and I was given a quote. I paid a deposit (to hold the appointment) and set a date. Prior to the appointment I received a couple reminders which I appreciated. Upon arrival I filled out any paperwork and Sandy got to work. She's an absolute perfectionist and it takes a lot of time, but it's 100% worth the trouble. I had a not so good job done prior and my eyebrows were almost orange and I had to color them in everyday. I really appreciated the patience I was shown as I'm quite squirmy and I furl my eyebrows constantly. I was repeatedly gently reminded to relax my face and I tried, but I needed constant reminders. After what seemed like forever (I have ADHD) & this tested my ability to control myself, I was beyond grateful for the attention to detail Sandy gave. I was given directions (received them by text, too) on how to properly care for them what to expect as they healed. I set up my follow up appointment for a month out. The touch up process is much faster and I was out of there in a little over an hour. I'm truly in love with the results and will follow up in 3-4 moms for a touch up. I'm so happy with my decision to use Studio Brows and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in microblading.
