Preety the owner is the SWEETEST. She is extremely welcoming to all guest. She always gives top tier service and try's get best to accommodate all guest with ease. People should be respectful and mindful not to have children and food (hygienic reasoning) in the salon and treat it with respect as you would do your home or business. Other than water it should be common sense not to go into a place with running children and greasy fingers with open pores. The prices are on the board and Pretty always informs any charges prior to doing her service. She is honest and only wants best to fit your beauty standards. I have been here several times and I have loved the environment and how my eyebrows come out. The lady who usually works there is the sweetest! However, I came in today and I got a different lady than I usually get, she was rude and unprofessional. While threading my eyebrows she cut me and I began to bleed. Instead of getting a tissue to clean the blood, she continued threading my eyebrows. After she finished threading my eyebrows she did not apologize and all she said was "hold tighter next time". I wish I knew her name because this is the first time this has happened at this place. I definitely do not recommend her. read more

First time coming here and the lady was so kind. I called the before and they were able to squeeze me in for an early appt the next day. I got the Brazillian Wax almond with my stomach. I was extremely scared because this was my first time getting a Brazilian wax using soft wax( forgot what she called it), I normally get hard wax at European wax center. The lady doesn't rush she takes her time to make sure she gets every single hair possible. Surprisingly the soft wax did not hurt at all in fact I think it was less painful than going to European wax center. It cost $45 to get a full Brazilian wax because I was getting tired of spend $60 at other wax places. My skin was not irritated at all by the wax which is a plus because I have extremely sensitive skin. During the pandemic you are asked to wear a mask and also before you walk in the make you sanitize your hands. I will definitely be coming back to get some henna from here also. read more

Accused a customer wrongly, claiming customer left a bad review and ended up assaulting customer and cops ended up being called. I had been looking all over for a place to get a acne removal facial, and hadn't found one since November. Back in 2009 and thereabouts, this service used to be available in the nail shops. And even after going back to the shop where I had previously had it done, I found out that they no longer offered it. One day I had stopped by the grocery store and the only parking facing the store was right in front of this place. I immediately went in to inquire!! I was elated to find they offered multiple facial services to suit each budget! Fast forward to yesterday, I went in for my appointment... it was such a relaxing experience! I left there with my face feeling fresh and my friend made a statement that my face looked brighter. My skin was soft all day. The extraction I remember being so brutal (but necessary) wasn't at all! Today, I'm still enjoying the after effects. She did a step that she explained would fry up any acne forming underneath. I didn't understand until today when I checked one problematic area and felt that fatty thing roll out. I will definitely be returning! I have told my friends and family as well. Called beforehand to get services, reached there couple of minutes late. So the owner made me and my daughter wait forever without letting us know how long.
