I hate what they've done to the sandwich. I can't do the BBQ sauce so I asked for a brisket sandwich without it, but 2 different employees told me that they don't do custom requests anymore. There isn't a single hot sandwich without some type of sauce on it. We went out of our way for that sandwich only to leave mad and hungry. This was only our second trip to a Bucees and we'll not be returning. Can't even clean your car windshields... waste of a gas station. Go to Dukes instead. read more

(I'm a Hispanic women ) I felt so humiliated, I paid for my things . The cashier did not give us a bag or receipt and I was like "that's fine " and she said that we were good . I walked out from the other end and this cashier older woman, called me and my younger sister 3 times in a loud voice . And in-front of everyone she asked me if I paid for it . I hyped it up from experience to my brother in law from Cali, and he walked in, you gotta know: he's got regular access to Disney, and you should've saw the look on his face, the glisten in his eyes and then he bit into the pulled pork sandwich: JACKPOT Then he went back for the brisket sandwich. Solid place to use the restroom, pick up snacks/drinks, fill up gas, and buy souvenirs. Their bbq pulled pork is below average. A lot of things that they sell is overpriced. We've been to a couple of Buc-ee's numerous times. It's always clean, always busy, and fully staffed. Customer service at this particular location is ok. Don't expect any interaction from them unless you initiate it. The gas pumps are pretty chaotic! All types of vehicles coming from all angles. Had to muscle my way in to a gas pump. read more

I was in your store with my service animal. She weight 14 pounds and was wearing her vest and by my side the entire time. A police officer from the Hillsborough police department came up to me and asked me what was she trained for. I informed him that he could not ask me about my disability. He stated he wasn't asking about me, but rather my dog. I am a diabetic and she is swith me 24-7. As we continued thru the store, another dog came in and they barred once at each other. I picked up my dog immediately and started heading to the register to pay. The officer and a small man claiming to be manager came up behind me and the officer informed me that I was causing a disturbance and the manager wanted me kicked out with my dog. This occurred infont of my husband and grandchildren. What this manager and police officer did was against the law. AND The other guy was not asked to leave with his dog.. There is no number to call to the store and talk to a manager. I demand something be done about this immediately. I want to talk to the manager of this store!! I have already contacted the police department about the officer. I smell a lawsuit for Bue-ees, the manager, along with the officer and his department!!! read more

I left something at Hillsboro location and there was no number to call other than to go to the website. I went to the website which did not offer any contact information. The level of customer service provided for the customers you solicit is ridiculous. You solicit traveler who are traveling from far and wide ... your marking signs indicate this by the statement " 75 miles to Buc-ee's and yet we have no way of contacting a store to ask a simple question about a left item. Instead you require your customer to have to drive back to your location to even confirm if you have the item. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. So if you are worried that you might loose or forget something by accident don't go to but-res because they don't care enough about you as a consumer. I even called Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce and they won't even give them a number for the store. The worst part is that Buc-ee's know this is an issue for their consumers and they could care less. read more

This place was amazing!!! One of the bright parts of our trip to Texas. The manager/workers were very helpful and friendly. Make sure to try all the free samples you can get like the nuts, beef jerky, bbq and fudge. It was a great place to stop for souvenirs, very clean. May sure to get your Buc-ee the beaver outfit, my daughter got one and it was the best thing ever!!! read more

This location had none of the four things I came in for, no burritos, club sandwiches, jalapeno dip, and no one working the fudge counter. This is the only Buc-ees like this. Why even stay open at night if you don't want business or have what customers expect. read more

We stopped by on our way out of town and were totally impressed. This was our fourth time visiting Buc-ees. The first thing we noticed was the perfectly clean gas pump bays. There was no trash anywhere. Both the men's and women's restrooms were huge and very clean. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. We noticed that all the staff were busy and working. No one was standing around. We bought food for our road trip and all of it was great! On our way out we noticed Gali was cleaning the outdoor freezers. She was doing such a good job. I bought some beef jerky and it didn't taste good and Miguel gave me a hard time about exchanging it. He threatened me that he was going to look at the cameras. It was so uncalled for and all for some beef jerky! We spend so so much money at Bucees. I was so happy to visit a new store that I had not been to. This really is a must-stop destination! It's just a fun place to shop and the best place for souvenirs. The service is amazing and although we had several great people help us, there was one employee that was above and beyond exceptional and that is a Deborah Hughes. She was the last person who helped us before leaving the store and she made such a great impression on us with her excellent customer service. read more

Been to 7 Buc-ee's, this makes the 8th, unfortunately this is by far the biggest disappointment. While they do not skimp on clothing merchandise, their food selections are bare minimum. Do not expect to have the same amount of choices you have come to expect. This also applies to beverage, candy, and jarred choices. We were really happy to see a new store open that was relatively close, but were completely disappointed when compared to every other we have been in. We came, we saw, sadly, we will not be returning. read more
