However, I was a passenger in a church van as 10 of us were on our way from Austin, heading back to Ft. Worth. Officer Lattin with Itasca police dept. reached out to Hillsboro Towing to assist us as we were stranded on the side of I-35W having ran out of gas. Don't ask why. LOL. Hillsboro Towing showed up with a few gallons of gas which allowed us to get to the next gas station. I offered to pay the young man who refused to take anything. Unfortunately he attempted to charge again to do the actual diagnosis when he could have did it when he was there the first time. We knew the battery on our car was dead but he said he was gonna show up the next day but when he changed it and said he was showing up in 25 minutes we were unable to change the battery out and when we offered when he was there he declined and told us the problem with the car was the battery which we knew it wasn't because it wasn't starting when we set it up before the battery went dead. Con out of $60 n his defense was he usually charged $125 an hour and he had to drive to me.

I was able to pull into a gas station where I called my Insurance company's roadside assistance. They referred me to TDR. I called and got an immediate answer. I have a code reader so I was able to tell Jesse the problem. He gave me directions to the shop and assured me he could help. He was able to take care of the problem right away. (He also fixed two loose hubcaps while I was there!) Ten miles down the road, the problem returned. I called Jesse. He told me to stay put and he came to me on the side of the highway. There were no codes this time and no check engine light. We both pulled off the highway to a safer location. Jesse did a test drive along with some research on line and determined that it was a fuel issue this time. I went to the closest gas station to refuel. In my opinion, Jesse "saved the day"; he was kind and professional. His fee was very reasonable and he was determined to help me get back on the road.

And then Bailey let me know that the business office could not do online inquiries on the weekend;although it was Friday 2pm apparently the business manager was booked up all Friday and would not ne able to look at my application and since I lived in Houston and they were in Dallas that I would need to come and apply in person in order for my Application to be looked at. Because they don't do online inquiries on the weekend.. and since I live 2 hours away in houston... I'm considered a online inquiry... so Saturday morning I get up 9am and go to houston. Get all the way there only to find out they'd sold the car Friday afternoon... around the same time me and Bailey were texting. She had the rest of the evening to let me know not to drive all the way to Dallas bc the car sold. But she didn't . I have a wasted inquiry on my credit.
