To respond to the owner, your response of saying that I was your only negative review makes no sense because at the time, on yelp I was your only review? So yes, that does speak volumes. But also it appears you have other not so good reviews with the same issue, Sandra. Clearly you haven't learned. Also, on a side note for everyone, approximately one and a half years after putting up this bad review, one and a half years after I tried to work with this company, finally the owner "apologizes". One and a half years after, and now the owner reaches out privately and sends a message, apologizing and saying if we can make up for it and help you to reach out to them. Sad excuse of a company that hasn't addressed the actual problem. Sad excuse of an owner as well. Again, highly recommend if you want your time wasted, to reach out to them. read more
