I got the TS571W heavy duty gate opener it's the same as the MM brand except this one is for tractor supply and does not come with the battery. The little tiny battery they send with it is just a back up battery and I'm on solar. By getting this one it is cheaper and I don't have to buy the battery that I don't need. Cut off two four-foot lengths of chain. after I got them on, my friendly local coach repairman brought me some loaner cables. So I removed the chains and hooks. No way did I expect them to take the chain back but I hope that they would take the hooks and just in case, I took the chains with me as well. The friendly man at the counter said let's try to get those refunded to you. So he called the manager and the manager came up and said you know what you doing business with us we want to take care of you. He said you have the card you bought them on with you?"I did not have the card because it had burned up with the previous coach. but I had a new card. So he figured out a way to put the refund on the new card not just for the hooks for the chain links as well! This is what I call above-and-beyond-service.
