Quite a bit of unique furniture out back, lots of live edge wood type offerings, some are pretty good bargains if you've priced this type of furniture other tourist spots (Gruene/Fredericksburg). Even if you're not looking for anything in particular, worth a stop just to look around. Bonus points for friendly animals, dog inside, and a super friendly cat out back.

The prices of these pots will shock you. Expensive! Honestly, it's my fault for not bargain shopping locally because Pottery Ranch immediately came to mind. I impulsively bought a pot. It is 19 in. tall and 17 in. diameter and it's beautiful, but it was $150. Two weeks later, I'm at a Ross shopping with a friend and find a pot (same size) for $50. Both pots were clay and both made in Vietnam. Pottery Ranch had a lot of cool stuff and they offer military a break on taxes, but shop around if you're in the market for pots.

I was greeted by Terri when I walked in (who I found out later is the shop owner). She was very nice and helpful when I told her what I needed. She offered to embroider the blanket I bought with the baby's name. I thought, "this is a nice touch", but since I was on my way to the party I decided not to. When I checked out she put the blanket in a gift bag and even had greeting cards so I didn't have to make a second stop at HEB for those items. This store is incredible!!! It literally has a gift for EVERY occasion! I even treated myself to a really cute bracelet I couldn't live without! I wish I could give Dragonfly Gifts 10 stars!!!

She has such a great eye for style (which I struggle with). She pulled together the most amazing outfit for my nephew's wedding. She was not pushy and did not try to upsell at all. She really listened to all my requests/concerns. Not only did she pick out the perfect pieces, but she also helped me select the jewelry that tied everything together beautifully. She made the whole experience fun, stress-free, and left me feeling confident and excited to wear my look. First, I love their hat styling section. They have a variety of hatbands and pins. I got one with a cactus and even the little sac they provided was cute. My friend told me not to let her buy a candle this trip. I tried my best but she ended up joining the candle of the month club and is loving it. Actually, we all bought candles and listened to the curated playlists for each one when we got back to the cabin. Great customer service, great variety in Texas original gifts.

I took a candle making class last night! What an experience! Jacques is such a great instructor. I…read morelearned about different waxes, crackling wood wick vs. cotton blend wicks. We were able to smell different scents and Jacques helped us blend smells to make our own candle. We then named our candle and Jacques added a a scan code so we could listen to the song(s) we chose for our candle! Such a great night! I would highly recommend this class!
