Our project had some unique challenges due to significant water drainage issues, but the team was incredibly patient and thorough--working with us for over a year to develop the best solution. They took the time to help us figure out the right plan for managing runoff, worked within our budget, and waited for the right weather conditions so the ground could dry out properly before starting. Communication was always easy--they were responsive, professional, and honest. Once it was time to begin, the crew showed up on schedule and completed the entire job in just two days. They worked long hours and clearly took pride in their work. A couple of concerns popped up during the process, but the team handled them quickly and efficiently, which gave us a lot of confidence. Ultimately, we just needed to trust them and the process! In the end, three catch basins were installed, a lot of asphalt was added, and we now have a beautiful, functional driveway. I had ordered 4 sheets of 3/4" sheathing for a shed roof and didn't realize until I had gotten home, made my cuts, and attached the roof, that it was actually 3 sheets of 5/8", and 1 sheet of 3/4 that were loaded in the truck. I was of course worried that since I had already cut it up and put screws through it, that it would just be a loss for me to eat and I would need to be more careful next time. But I thought I would try to explain the situation and see if there was a way I could exchange what I had already cut. I was very pleased to find out they were willing to replace the misloaded sheets, and since I'm just working with a Ford Escape and live 2 blocks away, and offered to deliver it bright and early the next morning. Obviously this was a unique scenario and might have played out differently if I was unwilling to exchange what I had already cut - some folks might use this as a way to get free wood. But the owners willingness to replace what was ordered and DELIVER it, has ensured that they will retain our business for the MANY projects we are dreaming up. Thank you for being so understanding!!

Our latest rental was a large stump grinder. When one was brought around to us the gentleman helping us started the grinder and noticed something wasn't running quite right with it and immediately brought us a different one. I was very thankful we didn't drive all the way home with it to discover something was wrong and would have needed to bring it back! Everyone we've dealt with have been friendly and great to do business with. Their prices are very competitive and they're in a great location to get in and out of with equipment and trailers. We will definitely rent from them again.

Not only did he start on time, but the job was done a day earlier than expected. When I was ready to write the check for the balance of the work I was told to wait until the next day because there was a small item that needed to be addressed and they needed a small amount of material to finish it and he did not want to accept money until the job was complete. Today is nine years later, and they were out to remove moss, clean the gutters and treat the roof with moss inhibitor. Again, the service was done perfectly and on time. I cannot recommend any contractor as avidly as I can recommend Rene and his team. Although at the time, price was an issue and Flawless roof. Roofing was what I felt the best value consider, considering the quality of product and the dollar amount. It was recommended that I have safety rings installed at the top of the roof line. I did so, and it ended up saving the life of a gentleman who was painting my house.

I've never seen landscapers use a blower for so long for so little space. They come and do our…read moreneighbor's home and blow two blowers for over an hour. This is an area with few trees, as it's a new subdivision. They literally just blow everything as though they're in a trance. Mind you, this is not pleasant in our house. It smells so awful outside, you can't even breathe outside without getting nauseated. How they think this is valuable landscaping is beyond me. Additionally, they blow debris from the neighbors yard and street onto ours. If this is their version of cleaning/landscaping, I'd be shocked if they liked their own antics on the receiving end. Do the workers of this company think that people don't live next door, as they blow their blower full blast in a side yard that is 20 feet from a neighbor's kitchen? These workers think that just because they have hearing protection in, that my kids should have ear plugs in our own house? Again, what shocks me is just how long they run their blowers for. (It's usually a team of 2). Normally, people use them as a finishing tool, but this company just runs them as a primary tool and accomplishes nearly nothing in the process. (Sorry, blowing leaves onto a neighbors property isn't accomplishing anything). One star for creating a menacing environment on our street for over an hour each time with what could be done much quicker and with less impact. There are alternatives out there that won't make you be a rude neighbor (by hiring this company)

I had a quote in 3-days and the work was performed on Thursday. That's 2-weeks from first contact to job finished!!! They leveled, added new blocking, and buttoned up the skirting in a few hours. Lake Grove is defined by its mature fir trees and wooded character. When this builder redevelops a property, the scale of tree removal is shocking. This is not the removal of a few trees to accommodate construction. It is the loss of large portions of the existing tree canopy. What makes this especially frustrating is that these projects are replacing one single-family home with another single-family home. The permanent loss of so many mature trees that cannot be replaced in a lifetime feels completely disproportionate to what is being gained. More importantly, the impact extends beyond the property being developed. Removing these trees increases freeway noise, reduces privacy, weakens the surrounding grove, and permanently changes the character of the neighborhood. Unfortunately, local regulations provide little protection for mature trees, leaving neighbors with few options other than speaking out. That's why I am writing this review. If preserving Lake Grove's mature tree canopy matters to you, understand that this builder's projects have had a substantial impact on it.

Neighbors have to walk around a block while they have a motorcycle parked in the parking spot instead of any other place, like their driveway. Using construction vehicles to block the road when they could easily back up another 10 feet and be out of everyone's way. Tried to ask a worker if they could be flexible with taking all the spots. Immediate rude attitude and not flexible with moving a motorcycle out of the only useable parking spot on the block and move it to the next partial spot over where a motorcycle would fit perfectly. Behavior like these guys is what gives construction workers and good construction companies a bad name.
