Our latest rental was a large stump grinder. When one was brought around to us the gentleman helping us started the grinder and noticed something wasn't running quite right with it and immediately brought us a different one. I was very thankful we didn't drive all the way home with it to discover something was wrong and would have needed to bring it back! Everyone we've dealt with have been friendly and great to do business with. Their prices are very competitive and they're in a great location to get in and out of with equipment and trailers. Ken came out and made sure to install them exactly how I wanted, going back and forth until all spaces were perfect. Very detail oriented. Took care of every single detail until everything was complete. Didn't take one break working full day. He is very hard working and passionate about what he does! I am amazed that he made the cabinets look like they were installed together with the ones already existing in my kitchen! Great price for the install. After wandering through their warehouse for 10 minutes a gentleman approached my family and asked if we needed help. When I explained what type of kitchen counters I was looking for he walked away, grabbed a catalog and business card and told us to email him a drawing and the type we wanted. I asked if they did install or measuring and he said "no they only sell the material", told me to email them and walked away. I wish I could blame his shortness on them being busy or it being close to closing time but it wasn't. A bit turned off, I check the door on my way out to make sure it didn't say "by appointment only" and it didn't. So...I emailed him a drawing and two different choices I was interested in. We had a great experience working with Nagl Floor Covering for a bathroom remodel, as well as new…read moreflooring throughout our house. After a bathroom water leak and professional drying & mold remediation, we were left with more of a project than I could take on myself. We needed sections of our 30 year flooring replaced in both the hallway and hall bathroom, a large section of sheetrock needed to be replaced on both sides of the bathroom wall, chunks subfloor and underlayment needed to be replaced; as well as a new vanity and accessories. We knew about Nagl's great reputation with flooring, so decided to check out their website; and discovered they also do bathroom remodels -- perfect! After a meeting with Boston to go over options, we decided on new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) for the entire house, along with all new baseboard trim; and we decided on vanity and accessories for the bathroom remodel. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The bathroom remodel was first on the list, and was completed as far as they could go without finishing the flooring. The end result of the remodel portion turned out exactly like we wanted, but we did encounter a few minor hiccups; which Boston and company made right, so I'm not deducting anything for that. You can see from the bathroom photo that it turned out pretty amazing (the toilet was installed after the photo). For the flooring & baseboard portion, I would give 6 out of 5 stars (both for quality and installation), which more than makes up for any hiccup with the remodel. Boston recommended a mid-level LVP option, which was exactly what we were looking for. We stopped by the showroom on a Saturday, and took two flooring samples home with us -- and I think we made the right choice. The flooring is very high quality, and super easy to clean up, if anything is spilled on it. The flooring installers did a fantastic job of methodically getting the planks laid down, while keeping everything perfectly straight. We appreciated the way they worked around our need to keep cats locked away in one of the bedrooms, and then switch rooms once they were ready. It all went very smoothly, and as stated, we love the result. I would very highly recommend Nagl for whatever flooring projects you might have.

Boston worked with us and allowed me to take several samples home to try, as well as giving us recommendations as to what might work and what wouldn't (without trying to upsell.) They have SO MANY things to choose from and while they're a small family owned shop, they're up to date on all the available products and installation techniques. We went with replacement sheet vinyl and the installer did a fantastic job, was on time every day and was very precise. We absolutely love the new floor and are very happy with the service we got from Boston, Gilberto and Nagl Flooring. We'll definitely be back for our next project!
