My friends showed up, broke my chainsaws after a few minutes and left...sigh... Fast forward to when I am doing far better. It took a while longer but I was able to get my saws here. Turns out they also added a clog to my oil hold. They got the saws cleared, the chains reattached and even tested them out so fast. It was amazing and I am so grateful. Now I have to wait for the weather to get a touch warmer so I can trim the trees. The new location is even better too - so much more space. These folks really sell some of the hardcore saws and such but knowing that they are also there to help out those of us with much smaller needs. To them it is no big deal but to me it is everything having a pro service these and I am so glad to have a great local spot so close to home I can rely on.

We had a new garage door installed about 10 years ago by another company and the Husband said it had been making a grinding noise for quite a while so we called and made an appointment for a "Winter Tune Up." Unbeknownst to us, after a thorough visual inspection for signs of wear, corrosion, loosened hardware, or improper operation, the technician claimed our garage door was not installed correctly in the first place. He commenced to apply a garage door lubricant to appropriate moving components, tighten hardware, adjust the alignment and test system balance for smooth operation. Because our garage is used as a woodturning shop -and wood dust is very bad for garage door's moving parts- he suggested a dust seal which can help prevent gears from stripping or burning out the motor. All in all, it was a quick process from our original phone call to finished appointment. Communication was excellent, as was the customer service. Probably the best measure of customer service is how a business decides to deal with a problem. I ordered a backhoe attachment on June 1, 2017. Kubota back ordered the equipment and that was going to put me behind schedule for my project. Dave at OVS pulled some strings to get me a loaner excavator that I could use until the backhoe arrived. Chris and his team in the shop even came out and fixed the excavator after I slipped a tread. OVS, you've made a customer for life!

Very rude Go anywhere else to buy. No follow up on anything. Not even future sales. They will be losing tractor sales thanks to me.
