She also helped put me in touch with a trusted insurance associate for my mom who is based in CA. We've been fortunate enough these past two years to have avoided any major collisions, but recently got a crack in our windshield from a pebble hitting the glass. Looking at our policy and our comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible, we thought for sure we would have to pay out of pocket, but turns out, Chris took care of us by making sure we had $0 deductible on windshield damages. What would have turned out to be a $500-700 bill at Safelite was $0! So a big thank you to Chris and the team at Western! They are knowledgeable, thorough and patient, incredibly friendly over the phone, and quick to return emails/messages. When it came time for renewal this year I got an email asking us to call and discuss the renewal. We did call and were told it had renewed. No email stating how much it. No communication. That's 2. I called my State Fam guy and asked him to quote. It came in 200.00 less. North Town couldn't tell me where the payment was pulled from and I couldn't locate in my bank account. That's 3 Today after I sent an email and called, they were able to tell me where it came from. Then they said a check would be mailed. He got the information from me and the levels of coverage I wanted and said he would run it through the 25 carriers they quote with. Scott checked back a couple times through the day. They weren't able to beat the price we are currently paying but he went above and beyond and reached out someone he knew at Stare Farm who was able to quote a better price and he provided the agents information. They might not have been able to get us a better price with the companies they work with but him going the extra mile was appreciated. I would recommend giving them a call for a quote.

I tried to get my auto insurance moved under them and the price quotes were literally 10 times more a year than I was paying for the same coverage! So I skipped that scam. I have had some non-urgent questions so I email Tom and crickets. I refinanced last summer and needed information about my policy, so I email again, and no response. So I directly contacted the insurance company, making All Lines moot. My policy is about to renew and I get a renewal notice from a different insurance company for massively more money but far less coverage and All Lines didn't give me a heads up. So I try to contact them again about what is going on and predictably get no response. Predictably, I now have insurance through a different company with no worthless agent between myself and them. Why get an agent when they literally do nothing of value?
