She also helped put me in touch with a trusted insurance associate for my mom who is based in CA. We've been fortunate enough these past two years to have avoided any major collisions, but recently got a crack in our windshield from a pebble hitting the glass. Looking at our policy and our comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible, we thought for sure we would have to pay out of pocket, but turns out, Chris took care of us by making sure we had $0 deductible on windshield damages. What would have turned out to be a $500-700 bill at Safelite was $0! So a big thank you to Chris and the team at Western! They are knowledgeable, thorough and patient, incredibly friendly over the phone, and quick to return emails/messages. I filed my claim at 5:00AM on a Thursday morning via the State Farm website. I never received a phone call or anything from my agent. I was expecting someone from this office to touch base with me ask me if I had any questions or needed any type of assistance. That never happened. I went to the office around 3:45PM. They told me oh yeah, we saw that claim this morning. I was given a phone number to the claims center and sent on my way. Find a better agent. John Beasley and his employees COMPLETELY SUCK.

in October of last year I nudged a huge truck beside me while entering a parking space. the truck…read moreowner contacted my agent Chris Regal, State Farm promptly honored the man's claim and paid for the rear left panel to be repainted. the man then decided he wanted more cosmetic detail done which was denied since it was unrelated to the claim. fast forward to this October and I was served with court papers, this person is choosing to sue me personally for what was rejected on his claim. he somehow feels very entitled and if State Farm wouldn't pay for his "extra", he decided to sue me personally. State Farm immediately reassured me I would be legally represented, they would do the presentation in court. it is such a relief to know State Farm has your back, they are beside you and will respond to any liability claims against you. We closed 12/18/20 on the home we sold. Taxes were withheld from closing even though we informed…read moreAlliance that our mortgage co. had already paid them. We were told Alliance would call after closing to verify they were paid & then the money would be refunded to us. Our Mortgage company paid the taxes in November 2020 per our final statement. We still don't have the refund & were informed yesterday, after we called again and Alliance finally called the county, that the county had posted both payments & would need to contact the new owners to get permission to refund the over payment. Which could take another 2-4 weeks. This company has very poor business practices & very poor communication. We have called twice now about the refund and this is the first time we were told about the overpayment?? Not once has Alliance contacted us. They held our money, paid it to the county when it wasn't due and now we will have to wait 3 months to receive our money back? It is Alliance's responsibility to double check before they pay out funds at closing but apparently they don't do that. I would never recommend them as an escrow company. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
