It was a Friday night Fish Fry. Since I don't eat fish, I ordered the cheeseburger and fries. I'm a picky burger eater. I expect them to be cooked to temperature. Our friend said this is not the type of place that cooks to order. Regardless if they had the temperature right or not, I couldn't tell. It was very juicy and delicious! Tasted medium to me! We were lucky enough to end up here, where the owner sat down to talk with us as we ordered, tell us her favorites and what the specials were.
