The first company I had at my home insisted they needed to break into the 125 foot retaining wall that encircles my yard and supports the mountain side. Fear drove me to reach out to other companies. When I called Lassila, the owner, Leslie, talked me down. She listened to what I had to say, heard what I needed and set about getting me the help, the CORRECT help that I needed. Lassila sent two young respectful men, Scott and Anthony to my home to check into the situation. Within in less then a hour the guys were able to local both Septic tanks without breaking into the retaining wall! A short time after the tanks were pumped arrangements were made for the men to return a few days later to do repair work to a pipe that was failing. Never at any time did I feel high pressure sales, just plain honest explanations of what was wrong, what needed to be done NOW and what could wait if I choose to. I felt comfortable with both men and the company they represented and agreed to have them do all repairs. When they returned with a backhoe I was amazed at how they carefully maneuvered thru and around my yard with all it's raised garden beds-- they treated my property as if it was theirs. They needed to open up a section of chain link fence to get access to my yard, and I was overjoyed and pleased with the care they took to reattach my fence and make sure my yard was safe for my dog. From the moment I first called Lassila to the moment their employee's said good bye I was treated with respect and concern for myself and my property. My only regret is that I do not own another house or two to have them come work for me again.

Well, a few days ago our sinks started to drain very slowly, and there was leakage out of the top of this mysterious septic tank. It appeared that it was going to keep doing this until I called someone. This was the Friday before Labor Day, so I was worried that I wasn't going to get a hold of anyone. I called a few places, and they all said they were booked up for weeks. The last one referred me to JT's, so I called them. They answered, and said they did have some same day availability--they could come out in an hour and a half. And, it turns out that they're the company who has been working on my septic tank for some time. They had the record of their last visit, with photos! I of course booked them. The guys who came out were friendly and courteous. And, importantly, after opening up my septic tank they informed me that I don't need it to be pumped--the filter was just clogged. In fact, they said that it wouldn't need to be pumped for a while. These guys literally could have told me anything, they could have done the $800 pump job and I would have just accepted it. Instead, they changed out the filter, gave me a bunch of information and advice, and were on their way. And, the photos they had of the inside of my septic tank made their job much easier. After this experience, I'm a big fan of JT's Septic, and I'll always use them for my septic tank needs. Good job guys.
