I called Calvin's and they were very helpful and compassionate about my situation. They were able to come after hours on a weekend to get my septic system figured out. Turned out it was just a clogged filter,which made it overflow. Calvin even put in extenders to bring my man hole up to ground level, like it should have been done on install, but the previous owner didn't think that was worth the extra cost I guess.
