They did a full system analysis and checkout including house grounding system, various interior tests to check switch and plug integrity, main and sub panel contact security and as well as an operational check of a generator system. They explained and installed separate voltage/current surge protection units to each furnace. Very neat and carefully installed. Numerous excellent suggestions for important improvements as well as finding an off brand circuit breaker that was not designed for my panel box. Great find! All in all, excellent friendly, careful and patient work which I really appreciated. The also, took the time to explain WHY they recommended certain changes. Family feeling to their service.
