My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The car definitely looked better overall when I left. However, there were a few issues that were disappointing. There was a glob of wax on one of my interior doors and visible wax residue on my outside door handles. My windshield was also left streaky. No big deal; I wiped it off myself, but for the $53 package I'd hoped they'd pay more attention to detail. More concerning, I noticed that my passenger-side floor mat was missing when I got into my car after the wash. I purchased my car new and it originally had a full set of distinct rubber mats. When I brought it up to the gentlemen who let me back into my car, I was told only three mats were removed during cleaning, but I know there were four. I didn't raise this with a manager at the time, which I regret, but I wanted to share my experience so others can double-check their vehicles before leaving. Overall, decent cleaning in some areas, but attention to detail and accountability could be improved. If you go here, I urge you to take your items out of your car and take photos of your mats or anything that can be removed.
