This was a long term repair because the entire car got repainted and fixed including frame repair, fender replacement, front bumper replacement and a lot of small parts and undercarriage repairs also. The paint came out great on this 2004 Lexus LS430. I am still working on the car but got a great start using Lakeshore to repaint and repair.

This time was a much more extensive and difficult repair - and the results were virtually PERFECT! I have a 2022 Mazda Miata RF GT in Soul Red - a VERY hard color to match - and both times I've dealt with one of the two owners - Tim - who matched the bumper cover, hood, and fenders beautifully - it was very difficult to tell that the car was ever damaged. Just as importantly, my dealings with the owners (mostly with Tim, but sometimes his partner Dan) were exceptional - Tim kept me posted of the progress, went out of his way to get new, OEM parts for the car with the insurance company appraiser when he thought that aftermarket parts wouldn't look good enough - and even helped with the return of the car rental, so that I could leave it there, and the rental company picked it up. When he tried to show the photo, Ed threw the phone out of his hand and cussed my dad out. He had his mechanics corroborate his story, that the van was delivered with a broken window. Photo evidence attached - you can see that the window was not broken when the van was delivered to the lot. I have never heard of such rude or dishonest service.
