Great place to get your boat fixed. Keith is a super nice guy and does a great job. Took my 25' Sea Ray here last week and was amazed at the great deal for summerization and some basic maintenance. Probably cost half of what Sizzle Marine or one of the other big places would have cost. He also has indoor storage for the winter months at a great price. Building is a little hard to get a big trailer to but it's worth it for the prices. read more

Took weeks longer than promised, boat was filthy when I got it back. Trailer plug was destroyed, wouldn't call me back, once i got the boat back it wouldn't trim, trailer lights wouldn't work, and it was covered in greasy hand prints all over the back of the boat! Would never use this place again! read more

He walked out to my truck and looked inside and totally shut me down on questions of making of making the seats more comfortable or replacement. It was obvious he did not want my business. I am a 68yr old light skinned Blackfoot Indian. I really wondered if that was the reason for the rude blowoff. I have already gotten two other estimates from very helpful businesses , so I knew he was being ignorant. They already have a 2.3 rating so if you want to be treated like a leper go see them. God always works things out for the good.

I recently purchased a used Pontoon boat with an I/O motor. As you learn when you buy a used boat,…read moreyou are going to need maintenance. It is very hard to find people you trust to do the work. It is also difficult to find someone to work on an I/O motor. I can't say enough wonderful things about a couple of Pier 36's boat mechanics (Caleb and Daniel). I could tell the minute I met Caleb that he knew what he was doing and had lots of experience. I needed my bellows replaced and he took the time to make sure everything was fine with my boat after the work was finished and we put it back in the lake. He even called me a couple days after he did the work to make sure everything was okay (great customer service in my opinion). Caleb and Daniel also replaced my ignition switch because the starter was engaging when I switched from forward to reverse which caused a terrible grinding noice. Caleb also adjusted some cables and now my shifter lever is smoother than ever. I am very pleased with the service I have received and I highly recommend Pier 36

He then installed my hard drive into the replacement machine. When he was finished it was BETTER than then before! The screen was "mirror clear," no scratches, the speakers worked again and the mouse pad was smooth! FYI: shortly after 2015 many laptop developers did away with hard drives in order to migrate users to "the Cloud," thus creating customers billed monthly for back-up data storage. Dave then undercharged me for his time and effort scouring the country for the perfect replacement device. Sorry, folks, I encouraged him to charge a little more for his time. I'm glad I found Dave in Delaware, and didn't go into Powell or Columbus. The service here is excellent!

Within 10 minutes I had a call back from a local rep, an email from Stephanie with a quote within 20, and within one week we had a new shredding company taking care of us. RDD showed up when they said they would and handled everything in a professional manner. John delivered our new bins and was super friendly. This local company also has a lower cost we were previously paying, with larger shred bins! Exceptional customer service without the run around, and shows up when expected. It's a win-win! The bins from the previous company are still waiting to be picked up, after multiple phone calls and transfers.
