I was a first-time patient and had difficulty finding the office because Google Maps repeatedly directed me to the wrong location. After driving around trying to find the building, I eventually called the office for help. It turned out the office was directly across the parking lot from where I had been searching. By the time I arrived, I was about 15 minutes late. I completely understand that offices have policies regarding late arrivals. What I do not understand is the way I was treated. When I explained that I had been trying to find the office and had even called for directions, I was told, "That doesn't matter." There was no empathy, no attempt to help, and no effort to make a first-time patient feel welcome. The interaction felt cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the receptionist was eating at the front desk during the interaction, which only added to the unprofessional impression. I had left work early, spent time trying to locate the office, and genuinely made every effort to get there. Being turned away is one thing. Being treated as though the circumstances didn't matter at all is another. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Then brought us out the free frames, making the assumption that's what we wanted. I don't appreciate walking in and being made to feel like that, and having him announce to the world what insurance we have. I refused to continue on with him, and will try again another day to get our glasses- that we intend on paying for. The ladies in the office were phenomenal, and Dr Miller was great! If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be returning. He needs to learn HIPPA, shouting my insurance detials was completely unnecessary.

Normally I go in the morning because the older staff seem very polite. Today, I think I will go back to the Bellefontaine or Marysville or Dublin locations, why? Well I normally hate shopping in MARION, because some of the people always stink. Today, I went here and I am dressed casual not bed time attire that you normally see at this location however name brand nice clothing. As I checked out on self scan with belt the lady named Margarine or close ( so close that I wear glasses and I could make out her name tag) stood right at the end of where you bag at and stared at me the whole time..... I literally, turned over and hey how ya doing like stopping staring and stop invading my space.... I get it MARION is full of drug abuse but not everyone is going to steal, if you alienate your customers, that's not a good thing. I can see watching from some space and not making it so noticeable like a creepy crawler. I know I won't be back to this one I think I will just go to Kroger's, everyone is nice. I also want to say this was the third issue with this store- one day they had no bread and TP stocked and the one time your proteins as marked down when I went up to the cashier she said it was my error. Well just so happened I went to the Marysville location and it was on sale I bought all 5 remaining protein shakes. That's why I gave three stars.

When I went back in, the technician stated they were on when he brought the vehicle into the bay. They weren't. After complaining, they finally got the store manager, who advised me that their policy is to call a customer if any dashboard lights are present prior to beginning any work. I received no call, which supports my assertion that they damaged my tire sensor when replacing my tire. I tried filing a claim with their 3rd party insurance company, but of course was denied. Avoid getting automotive work done at Walmart as they don't stand behind their work.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a loyal customer with Verizon for over 10 years…read more I went to this store to get two new phones. The sales person who helped me told me that I should apply for a 3rd line and then I would qualify for a promotional discount that would actually keep my payment where it was with the trade in. I said I didn't need a 3rd line and was told just throw it in a drawer but we needed to do it to get the discount. I said great! So we work through the details and transfer info over to the new phones. That part was great and easy. However the promotional discount I was promised didn't work. I was told don't worry about it. It was a known issue and I would see emails showing they were working on it. I leave and wait a couple of hours and see nothing so I go back to the store. They tell me sorry they were wrong and only the manager can see that info but again they are working on it. Ok and I leave again. I wait until the next day and still nothing so I go back to the store. The person who helped me yesterday is off and the manager working said she could not see anything because she didn't enter the offer?? But she also said there was a system issue and it it was taking longer but assured me they would make it right. I go home again. I wait a week and nothing. I go back to the store and the same person who originally helped me was there. She said that I would get the discount for the 3rd line but there system would not actually show it until the bill was cut. Guess what - my bill was cut that Monday and no discount. I went back to the store and again the same person was working who now says you have to call billing. Unbelievable!! I go home and spend and hour on the phone with them who said they would need to review and would call me back Friday. Friday comes and no call. I call back and get someone new who says that the discount was for 4th so she disconnected the 3rd line for me but my bill is still $20 more a month than promised. I believe I am owe that at a minimum. She said she would look into applying loyalty discount because I'm such a good customer. I wait until the following Tuesday and again nothing. So I call back and asked to speak to a manager. They are trying to see if they can get me that discount but I won't know until 10/20. At this point I feel as if I'm stuck but I will share everywhere because I feel like this was very shady. I get I go once to the store and maybe misunderstood but I went 4 separate times and asked very directly what this discount was going to be and was told the same thing every time.
