Finally got a text at the last minute to schedule . Two men came out and cleaned the gutters ( I guess they did a good job , I can't get up on a ladder and look). I asked for a leak repair , but they told me it couldn't be repaired , needed replaced .. which is fine . They charged me $275 for gutter cleaning ( kind of high , but ok since I couldn't do it myself) and then another $75 for repair, that was never done . Tried contacting them numerous times to get a refund of $75. No luck .

Came to resolve a sewer drain blockage issue as a home warranty service contractor…read more Cleared the clogged line but in the process discovered a disconnected fitting in the 4" pvc line with root blockage. Declined to fix the line when a quote was requested claiming he didn't have a hitch post on his truck to tow an excavator to reconnect it. (Sewer coupling was about 12" below grade) and his truck with the hitch was acting up. Didn't have a recommendation for another service to solve the problem when asked for referral. Not prepared to provide anything more than the most basic service on this $75.00 call.
