Used these guys 6 yrs ago for house power washing . Great job . Called them for gutter cleaning and repair. They never answer the phone , don't answer emails. Finally got a text at the last minute to schedule . Two men came out and cleaned the gutters ( I guess they did a good job , I can't get up on a ladder and look). I asked for a leak repair , but they told me it couldn't be repaired , needed replaced .. which is fine . They charged me $275 for gutter cleaning ( kind of high , but ok since I couldn't do it myself) and then another $75 for repair, that was never done . Tried contacting them numerous times to get a refund of $75. No luck . read more

We've used Rannebarger in the past and recently had a time-sensitive need for Dan's services again. I cannot stress just how responsive Dan is!!! We were just beginning the process of getting our house ready to sell - and our realtor wanted to list it much sooner than we had anticipated... So in a panic, we reached out to Dan to see if there was ANY chance they'd power wash in February...LOL... Initially he recommended we wait for warmer weather - understandably - but when we explained the reason and our timeline, he had a crew at our house THE NEXT DAY!!!! What a HUGE relief - esp in the midst of all the stress of moving/selling a house etc! They also did a couple of other tasks as requested - and quickly as well - so we could let our realtor know we were set! House went on the market early March & sold in hours...partially thanks to Dan and his crews!!! Highly, highly recommend! Our Sump Pump failed after some recent down pouring storms hit central Ohio. I submitted a query on their web page before bed on a Tuesday evening and Daniel responded promptly Wednesday morning and was in route shortly after having a brief conversation with me. After my last review, I was contacted by Rannebarger. He apologized for missing my requests for service and said they would be happy to clean the gutters. I agreed and they sent a team out right away. After they cleaned the gutters, they talked to me about the service and the issues that they found with the drainage. There is so much to say, I could write a short story. I don't usually leave reviews but I feel Dan and his company need to be recognized for their persistence, hard work and skills. Dan not only worked night and day troubleshooting our mystery of a clog, he stayed professional and focused throughout the stress. I contacted Rannebarger Home Maintenance to get an estimate on some work that we needed to have done. Dan came out the same day, although he showed up an hour and a half late, but I didn't mind that. He looked at the job and I specifically asked him after he was done looking if it was a job they could do. He said definitely and that he would provide an estimate that same day. That was on May 20 and despite multiple phone calls on my part, I have heard nothing from them. I would prefer to be giving a glowing recommendation but I'm pretty frustrated at this point. If you don't want to do a job, just be honest with the consumer so that it doesn't waste anyone's time. read more

Highly recommend Rannebarger Home Maintenance. The owner cares about his work and servicing his customers. I've used his services twice for power washing my house and both times was extremely happy with the results! You know how you can smell the exterior of your car after a car was (the soap and wax)? I could smell the clean of the exterior of my house for several day! Not a single spot of concern (mildew dots on white vinyl trim) were missed! Dan took great care to help me prep my house for the wash by ensuring my windows were all closed and locked, moved chairs, and flags, and had me move my car back. We set up a time for him to come clean the gutters on my house and garage. He was very good at communicating, and even came out to clean them on a weekend, on a Sunday!! He not only cleaned my gutters, but performed a minor fix that was needed on one of them, for no additional charge. We were so impressed and so happy! They cleared out the underground gutter drains and reattached my downspouts to the drains. They were quick to respond, very professional and friendly. He did excellent work and for a great price! Very pleased with Rannebarger Home Maintenance. The owner is all in with his work and was very informative on what he was going to do, and walked around the house with me to double check on the assumptions. We talked about possibly doing the roof in the future and he promptly sent me a quote for that. The pressure washing of my house was a third lower price than one of his competitors and I thought the result was great. I will consider doing my roof in the fall. read more

I'm big on people/businesses doing what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it for the agreed upon price. Im weird like that...anyway, that's exactly the way Rannebarger runs their business. We've used them a couple of times for leaf removal from gutters as well as a handyman project and each time they've been friendly, professional, on time, and priced fairly. Can't be more pleased with the service from this company. I originally hired for gutter cleaning, but when they started the cleaning, we found the pipe to my hose bib had cracked and they were johnny on the spot in fixing it. He also noticed my sump pump drain wasn't lined up and I had him fix that while they were there also. Sent an inquiry to them yesterday (Tuesday 5/7) regarding some gutter cleanup and backup issues that we were having. Dan (the owner) called me today (Wednesday 5/8) and told me they were available to come by at the end of the day since they would be in the area on another job. They came right on time, asked a few questions, took a preliminary look, showed me some pictures and then started the job. They were incredibly thorough, and within about 90 minutes everything was taken care of at a reasonable price. Got a really good vibe from these guys the whole time. I thought all I needed was a gutter cleaning, but his crew found an extremely clogged drain pipe. Dan was able to come right out to check the situation. I needed a thorough gutter cleaning for my house. Had a quote within an hour and they were able to make it out the same day. During the gutter cleaning, a clogged drainage pipe was discovered. Dan was able to make it out the following day to flush it out. During the camera inspection, a collapsed pipe was discovered. Dan and his crew came out the next day for the repairs (had to wait for pipes and wiring to be identified before digging). Dan and his crew worked efficiently to fix the pipes. During the repairs, a portion of the pipes needing replaced ran under our stone patio. So Dan gave me several options. I decided on a course of action and the crew fixed it all in no time. Dan and his crew worked through rain to get the project completed. The pricing was more than fair, communication with Dan was efficient, and everything was completed quickly with high quality work. After discussing the work I needed, he quickly sent an estimate via email. He explained he was booked for a few weeks but as I was not in a rush, that was fine. He took extra time on the fence & back patio as they were in pretty rough shape. They look like new! He was very careful with our landscaping and was so courteous throughout the entire process. After calling a few places to get quotes to have out gutters cleaned, I called Rannebarger Home Maintenance. After talking to Dan and getting a quote and hearing everything his quote included, I called the other companies and found out they were not going to be doing all of the things Dan included in his quote and their final price was not as reasonable. I was able to make a next day appointment and am happy to say my husband and I are VERY happy with the results! Dan is very professional and I learned the many other services his company provides and he was able to make excellent recommendations for services his company does not provide (which is very few)! Also, living in German Village can make gutter access a little complicated when it comes to the proximity of the other homes and Dan did an excellent job making sure he was able to safely get to all the areas he needed to reach!
