Several people called for information but never got results. The last person I talked to said he would no longer try to get the rebate because I said this problem would be mentioned in the review. If you go there make sure you get the rebate paperwork up front or you will get screwed out of it.

I couldn't figure out the 3 step process to get it back on. I called Youngstown Propane assuming that I had a problem in the line and needed a repair. The guy that answered walked me through the process and it was relit in about 10 minutes. If I ever need anything propane related, this place will get my first look and will have an advantage.
