I felt the process was something I could handle, but I wasn't comfortable with going forward without a face to face conversation. I scheduled the consultation and asked if I was late because of traffic would I lose my appointment and $100 for the consultation. The friendly receptionist assured me as long as I called and communicated I wouldn't lose my hundred dollars. During my consult, Dr. Whitaker asked me what areas of my face were most concerning. I had bags under my eyes and droopy eyelids and a little bit of wrinkles around my mouth where my top concern so we came up with a plan to do surgery on my eyelids, upper and lower and C02 full face. I was given everything I needed to do written. This is great because I have a terrible memory. I was scheduled my preop where they went over everything again with written instructions. The day of the surgery everything went smooth. The operating room was very clean staff put me at ease And I feel like the procedure went very well.

I've been wanting to get a breast lift and augmentation done for a long time. Finally decided to have it done since I'm getting married. Came in for a consultation everything was great. I told the nurse that I'm allergic to tapes/adhesive so we did a tape test. The tape she gave me to test for a week was great no reaction. I told Dr. Colgrove my goal was to have my breast symmetric, have more of an upper pole, more volume and cleavage. I also brought in my goal picture. One of my breast is larger than the other, so we decided to go with an anchor lift and reduction on the side that was larger. The other breast I had a lollipop lift to position the nipple and to make both nipples a little bit smaller. I understand that they will not be twins. I just need them to look even and lifted with cleavage. I also paid to have the mesh(internal bra) put in so they would not bottom out or sag later on. I chose to go with 380cc Motiva round. He did 380cc on both side. Fast forward to surgery day. My surgery was on July 10th 2025. Everything was fine during surgery. When I came home I noticed that they had used a different tape on me, and not the one that we tested on my skin. Had an appointment to come back for post op the next day. The nurse removed the tape to change it and noticed that I had blisters and hives all over my breast. The Dr. did not come in the room to look at it or let me know what he did during surgery post op. He stood at the door and looked in and say come back in a few days and prescribed me steroids. I also told him I'm having pain in my armpit where he did the lift he said maybe because of the way my arm was positioned during surgery. So I didn't think anything of it since he's the Dr. and he probably knows best. Couple days later I came in he told me to stop the steroid and just use aquaphor and took off all the tapes. I think he finally realized that it was a tape allergy and not my body rejecting the implant. I'm not sure why they did the tape test on me and use a different tape during surgery. Obviously, they didn't put it in my chart or communicate with each other about it. So beware if you have a tape allergies. I'm almost 3 months post op and my skin is just now finally healing from the tape reaction. I noticed that the implant on my right breast where I had a lift and reduction kept moving into my armpit and slides up when I lay down and to the side. I addressed my concerns to him. I told him I think my pocket is too big so it's causing my implant to move around. He told me no it's because I'm dominant on my right hand so I need to continue to wear my surgical bra and no lifting or exercising. Did exactly what he told me to do. Came back a few weeks later reminded him again that my breast implant is still moving around and is very uncomfortable because I constantly would have to keep pushing it in, which is not right. He looked at it and said it still needs to drop and told me to stretch them and that to come back in a few weeks and left the room. I told the nurse I'm not sure why it's moving like that and she told me the pocket might be too big and asked me if I got the mesh. I said yes I did and I'm not sure why it's doing this if there's a mesh in there that's supposed to hold everything together. She told me to just remind him again when I come in a month and she told me that he said to keep doing my stretches. A month went by, did my stretches like he told me to do. Came in today reminded him again about the implant moving around and he said implants are supposed to move around and blamed it on me being right hand dominant again. He told me to not stretch on my right side and just do the left side. I said to him you told me to stretch both side the last time I was here and he said because it was tight the last time. Mind you, my right breast pocket was never tight! I'm not sure why my concerns were not charted and that he needed to be reminded every time. Everyone I know that got their breast aug done are right handed and they never had this issue. All he told me was we can't do anything now. I would have to wait until everything heals. Besides the breast pocket being too big, One breast is still bigger than the other side so it's pulling down. One nipple is larger than the other one and no cleavage because they are uneven and going to the side. Least to say, I always leave his office feeling disappointed because my concerns were just brushed off and never addressed.

After booking an another appointment for a revision in October of 2024 , I felt very rushed again…read more The doctor didn't take more than 5 minutes of time to go over the details of my surgery plan. Said a few words & asked if I had any questions... her office manager came in and gave me the quote. Price isn't something that I want to be concerned with as this is an important surgery that needs to be treated sooner than later. I initially asked for the cost of just one side that has capsular contracture. Was quoted $6400, no problem. After I left I was curious about the cost of doing both sides since it's been 5 years. I emailed the office manager Gina. She emailed back saying she would get back to me, things were very hectic because they were in the middle of a move. Three months go by... I never heard anything back. I left a 2 star google review due to not only feeling rushed after the first surgery but every single appointment after that. Another reason for this review is due to the extreme lack of professionalism. When I called back the first week of February 2025 to follow up on the quote of doing both sides (due to being ghosted) I was immediately shut down by the office manager due to my 2 star review... is that how an office professional should lead a conversation? I'll leave that up to the reader to decide. Moving on... the office manager Gina proceeded to tell me that she didn't think Dr. Baron wants to do my surgery because of the review I left... the review was honest about feeling rushed time & time again. Neither the doctor nor the office person reached out regarding that review at any point in time. I explained to Gina, the office manager, that I would be happy to delete the review as well as updating it to a positive review once I met with the surgeon so I could have answers to the questions I had regarding the surgery. She agreed to having me come in to meet with Dr Baron. She even told me that she scheduled me for a 45 min consultation to give enough time for my questions. I made the appointment to go over all of the questions I had that weren't answered in the previous appointment due to being rushed. She had the audacity to tell me that Dr Baron felt like she answered all my questions... how can you answer any questions in 5 minutes of an appointment??? I felt like a number instead of a patient. This is not how any plastic surgeon should behave towards any patient, much less a patient returning for a 4th surgery. It is truly appalling to know that I have spent so much money and felt like such a waste of time to this surgeon and her practice. Making informed decisions is crucial when have surgery of any kind. After addressing my concerns on the phone with Gina, she agreed to schedule an appointment for the following week. I asked for the address - She gave me some BS story about how they were still in the process of moving, that they are still in a temporary location and that they could move any day now... mind you it's been 4 months since their "move"began... this was a HUGE red flag. Why be so secretive about the location. I called the office line yesterday, a couple days before my appointment so I could get an address. The front office girl gave me the address without hesitation. Odd right? This gets even worse... the day before my scheduled appointment, I receive an email stating that the surgeon is not going to see me as a patient anymore because of the review that I left. At no point in time did the surgeon ever reach out to me to address my concern. If that doesn't speak volumes about this place, I don't know what else does. I was speechless!! I don't like to leave a negative review but this is totally unacceptable.

From my very first consultation, I knew that I was in the best hands. I expressed to Dr. Fara how unhappy I had been for years with the excess skin and fat on my stomach. He assessed my concerns and assured me that he would be able to give me a flatter tummy. He was very thorough with the details of the surgery and was able to answer every question and concerned that I had with very honest responses. I knew immediately after my consultation that this was the Dr. I wanted to move forward with. He gave me very precise instructions to prepare for my Tummytuck and 2 months later on November 21, 2022, my life changed forever. I am now 4 weeks post-op and I am so HAPPY with my results. He charges top dollar, he does not guarantee his work and will charge you to fix his bad results since he preforms his surgeries at a separate facility. He is unprofessional, unorganized, and outdated. If I knew the result I was going to get, I would have never agreed to this surgery. Continue reading if you're interested in my story, I have a lot to say... I am a male that suffered with gynecomastia since I was 12 years old, got the surgery to remove it at 26, and it has been 16 months post surgery. I was in great shape and saved money my whole life in preparation to get this surgery. Dr. Jeffords assured me that my gynecomastia was very mild (which did not reflect in price) . He said that this surgery will be a "homerun" and will look "perfect." Post surgery I immediately noticed that the stitches on my left nipple were not as precise as the stitches on my right nipple. I didn't think anything of it until that left nipple incision continued bleeding well after the right incision stopped. I sent Jeffords an email with pictures of my concern and he said it was fine. Today, I am left with noticeable scars under my nipples. Not as bad on my right side, but extremely noticeable on my left side (just as I feared due to the poor stitching). I have major crater deformity on the left and mild on the right when I flex my chest or raise my arms. My whole life I just wanted to feel confident with my shirt off but I have only traded one insecurity for a new one thanks to Keith Jeffords. It is such a shame because I've been working out for 14 years now and have a great physique, but was hindered by gynecomastia, and now hindered by botched gynecomastia surgery. I followed all his instructions and did everything right, but he suggested I did something wrong along the line. When I expressed to him that I am really upset about the results, he responded by saying that working out too early could have caused the scar to widen (I did not workout until he told me to), he said taking steroids could affect the healing process (I have never taken steroids), and he also said that body dysmorphia could be playing a role in why I'm unhappy about the results... He listed any reason why things went wrong except owning up to his poor performance and taking responsibility. Then when I asked him what my options were it was either pay more money for him to laser my scars, or pay even more money to cut me back open. He should have been able to get the "homerun" and "perfect" results the first time with all his "experience." After the way he handled that situation, I never went back. He never asked me to come back to document my final results, I WONDER WHY. He may have been a good surgeon at one point in his life, but those days are long behind him. I would much rather have lived with my gynecomastia then have gotten it removed by Keith Jeffords. Do not get surgery with Jeffords. I would not be surprised he tries to get this review deleted, or if he responds trying to blame me for my poor results. Good luck to the person considering Jeffords for their surgery, you're going to need it.

The first time, they treated me on an IPL machine that targeted brown spots. I noticed the effects right away, with my freckles appearing darker before they eventually came off a week later. During my second appointment, they booked me with a dual IPL machine calibrated towards both reds and browns. This also worked well with my skin. Since I am of asian decent, I am of higher risk of side effects when IPL is not administered properly, so the staff was very careful and considerate. Pain wise, I would rate this treatment a 6/10. Not pleasant, but not traumatic either. Forewarning for those considering IPL to target redness and spider veins: while you might notice a decrease in redness, my aesthetician informed me that this effect is temporary! Eventually the veins will resurface :( Both appointments were quick and easy, and I am very satisfied with the results. side note-- this is definitely a side effect, but I also noticed that the hair on my upper lip was zapped away and never really grew back post-treatment. A nice bonus! But don't worry, they make sure to stay far away from your beautiful brows and hairline

I'm horrible with names but my Esthetician explained every step of the way and made sure I was okay during the treatment. She provided post care instructions and what to be aware about. After only 24 hours... The sun spots are still there but it's said to flake off over the next few days. My veins on my face nearly gone. Skin tone and eveneness improved dramatically. I look forward to the next 2 treatments. The process of IPL isn't painful. Keep in mind I'm a HSP and I just found it to be uncomfortable and literally shocking.. that took me a few times to get used to it. (Please Google what IPL is) PROCESS: 1. Put hair cap and goggles on.. 2. Esthetician applies a clear thictk substance, same stuff used during ultrasounds, on to your face. This ensures..there's some extra padding between the laser light 3. She then explained what it'll feel like and what she'll be targeting first. She got all my sunspots and veins. Then forehead area. Though it zaps at one area it hits surrounding areas as well. IPL feels like a bunch of thick rubber bands hitting you. Despite goggles/ eyes closed... Is extremely bright. In the blackness of my eye..all I saw was literally the boom emoji. You guys might chuckle but I'm serious! That emoji and the yellow and orange is what I witnessed. My Esthetician was extremely detailed and also knowledgeable on various skin types/sensitivities. She applied Aloe on my face after it was done. 4. She explains my post care needs and what to avoid. 5. She took me to the front to book my next appointment with additional notes for appointment.
