The place has a full bar with a usual selection of tap and bottled beers, plus classic bar food like wings, hot dogs, and pizza - no burgers. The food isn't anything special, but it definitely hits the spot when you're having a few drinks. There's plenty of parking, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Is it the best bowling alley out there? Maybe not, but it's a great spot for a laid-back night of fun, drinks, and family time. No cartoon signs, no silly characters or theme, no name, no ice cream, you can't even pay at the little hut, you have to go into the pro shop with the "serious" golfers. In the back of the parking lot, past the overgrown weeds and shoddy practice green we saw a small black chain link fence lined with weeds and bare patches. It was so unwelcoming we almost didn't play. Thankfully though, we did. Inside that fence waits one of the most beautiful and perfect mini golf courses I've ever seen. The landscaping was beautiful while having limited flowers, so bees weren't an issue, though I would advise bringing bug spray as the far side borders a heavily wooded area. The greens were bright, clean and lined beautifully. The holes were creative and unique. We first heard the water feature on the third hole, and didn't see it until later, which speaks to the layout, which was remarkable, and also featured a few spots where you looked back on holes you'd already played at a vantage point that seemed to have had real thought put into its placement. The only thing missing from this mini golf course was the cartoon feel, which seemed intentional, and worked such that I wouldn't say it was missing, but better off without in this case.

I guess I have a few more photos to add to here. Worker at the establishment was incredibly kind, not only providing us good items to purchase, but also good advice for fish (porgy) in the area. The value here is actually pretty good. I don't know how to put one of those $ out of five ratings on here, but I would give it 2/5$ I have no idea who wrote a review stating that this place closed down 30 years ago, it's still real in the year is 2024. She hooked us up with some free weights and also gave us some cool free magnets. Prices were very fair and the bait was fresh. And as it turns out, my parents bought their fishing rods twenty years ago on their honeymoon at this shop - and the rods still work perfectly.
