The sales person was friendly but not overly friendly ie......she didn't follow us around the store but was helpful with questions. I purchased a shirt for my husband for Father's Day and unfortunately it did not fit him. I called the store this afternoon and spoke with Riley who was extremely friendly on the phone. She got the return ready for me and told me to send it back and they will credit my credit card.....it was a very simple process despite me losing the receipt. Again, I think the store is very good and especially nice about returns. The clothing lines are very stylish and up to date.

When we first arrived both ladies were busy but I was told they would help us next. Well someone came in after us and Dee helped them before helping us and I let that go. Then another lady entered and she told her she would be right with her after we had been waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins. So I asked her who was going to be helping us because she had dismissed us and helped 2 people ahead of us after we had waited for over an hour. She never offered an apology and had to ask me what we were there for again because it had been so long she couldn't even remember why we were there. Needless to say I told her what she had done was extremely rude and distasteful and that we would take our business elsewhere. After I left I decided to call and ask to speak with a manager and of course Dee answered and claimed there wasn't one available and gave me a "customer service" number which ended up being a wrong number which she thought was cute. Needless to say I will be bypassing the manager and filing a corporate complaint. I know they have good workers as we have bought multiple suits from them but as a business owner myself I would never be okay with my customers being treated the way we were today.
