It was all I could do to not fall asleep listening to the store special...it honestly sounds like she is bored to death! Now....this is the second time I have spent over an hour trying to find men's shoes that I like and that fit well. That isn't a big deal....BUT, talk about a LACK of size 13's on the shelf! And, the frustrating thing was that even after finding a pair of shoes that I liked, they were $85.00 while everything else seemed to run $75 and less. The biggest frustration was when I tried to make the best out of the situation and take advantage of the buy one, get one half off....BUT, ONLY if I bought socks too OR a pair of slippers.....So, I grabbed some socks thinking, what the heck, I can always use socks, right? So, then I went back and found a pair of shoes my daughter has been wanting for some time...they were $65 or so.....Filas was the brand...Then I took them up, with my $85 pair of shoes AND the pair of socks they said I meeded to buy in order to get the 2nd pair of shoes half off..... AFTER all that, I was told at the cash register that the Filas I got for my daughter were actually full price and not part of the special....WHAT? Are you kidding me? So....that was the final straw! I gave everything back and Shoe Carnival sold NOTHING to me. This was ridiculous! People were buying shoes that cost MUCH less than the ones I picked out and were getting the 1/2 off on another pair...both pairs of their shoes added up to less than the one single pair ($85) that I had.....Again, all I can say is, How Ridiculous! I guess Shoe Carnival doesn't need my business and that is okay. There are several other places in Ammon amd Idaho Falls that will take care of me. Sorry Shoe Carnival...I will NOT be back!

I wanted to see it physically before purchasing so instead of making the order online, I drove here to check it out first. This is a nice store. It'sneat and well organized and there are a lot of employees working. I spoke with four different employees but unfortunately they were unable to find the item even though I showed them that it was listed as in stock in the store. They explained that sometimes the inventories are not correct and did seem to make a good effort to locate the item for me. I'm disappointed that I couldn't find the item that I wanted, but this store is nice and I would definitely come back here. The employees are some of the most friendly and helpful I've encountered recently.

This was a birthday present I never got to use until last weekend so it was never opened. My fault. However, I'm told that there is nothing they can do. It's been more than 30 days. No swapping it out. No replacing of the missing legs and windscreen, nothing. I essentially paid full price and got 1/3 the item. Totally useless! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE AGAIN. This location took a step up a few years ago after Sephora in-store boutique opened. Ladies now have a great self-shop, low pressure cosmetics, perfume, and cologne shopping option in the mall beyond Macy's and Dillards. JCPenney continues to retool its image and is attempting to focus more on house brands / private labels. In my lifetime, their house brands have always been solid and at good or better quality than name brands.
