I've only had them for a month and the inside of the boot is coming apart. Seam stitched too close to the edge. Stuff happens. Red Wing has a warranty. So no biggie. The lady tells me they are on back order and will be at least 10 days. I asked, can we check other stores and just get a pair. As these take me up to 10 minutes to get on due to trying to keep the fabric from bunching up that has ripped. She is like yea, you can go to Springfield and get them. I asked seriously. That's your fix? She then precedes to give me all kinds of attitude asking what my problem is and what I would do to fix it. I simply stated that I would contact the store immediately and try and get them shipped to this store. Simple. I'm right here. It would fix it. Not tell the customer to drive 90 miles. She was one of the most rude, non helping, individuals that I have dealt with. And yes, she is the manager. I called corporate to issue a complaint against her. I hope Red Wing follows through. Follow-up: Went back to get my boots, had a terrific customer experience with gentleman. I was putting my boots on, and the manager comes out. First thing she asks, is if I was ready to remove my review. I laughed it off, and stated not at this present time. She precedes to have a "discussion" with me about it for 6 1/2 minutes. I am Not going back here unless I have to until this lady is gone.

I am disabled and I do not drive or have the Internet to sign up for mail delivery for my meds. Customer service is going down the toilet. My insurance only takes Walgreens refill services. Can't say they were too friendly though I think the pharmacy workers had a lot of work since they are the only 24hr pharmacy, at least at ghat time. This is a newly built Walgreens. Again, it is on a corner making it easy for customers to get in and out. This store is at he corner of 7th and Maiden Lane. They have the usual photo lab. The often have good coupons for photo processing and other photo gifts. Once again, they advertise good deals. Reading the fine print is do important when shopping at Walgreens. They advertise this great deal though the price you see is after coupons and loyalty points, making it appear a better deal than what you may actually get. Study the ad so you know what you're in for.
