When we met for a consultation, he was very professional and understanding. He and his team are incredibly responsive and have made it so less stressful for me. He , Erica, and Dolly were/are invaluable with all they've done to make this as easy as possible. Not a typical lawyer with charges that make one scratch their head. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than attorney Davidson and his team. If you're in a guardianship and finding it difficult and stressful caring for your loved one, I highly recommend Sean and his team...The Best! Steven Duchesne

Would not recommend Michael Fontaine as a divorce lawyer. Total waste of time and money!!!…read more Definitely does not take women seriously ~ totally takes the man's side (no matter how much proof you have) he costs you money by chatting it up with your ex's lawyer and he DOES NOT listen, therefore going over everything two and three times. Also continually tries to talk you into wasting more time and money by way of dissertations and going to court. At the end of it all he took my awarded settlement and paid himself first, then wrote me a check from his office for the remainder. I felt like that was totally unethical. I will say the only good thing about him was his para legal... SHE WAS AMAZING!

In the course of our conversation I explained about the podiatrist who performed a major reconstruction on one of my feet which left me in a wheelchair for a month and out of work for three months. I explained that the surgeon stated that the foot surgery may not resolve the issue, that the foot condition might return (it did). Incredibly, this attorney actually scoffed at what I said, even though I was repeating the words of the surgeon verbatim. Her exact words were "Well, I never heard of that!", in a very condescending tone. Following this, I had a work injury on the same leg requiring knee surgery, possible knee replacement. I had been out of work for a year, my employers' insurance payments were minuscule, and had already ceased. Following this explanation, this attorney stated that just because I had a "boo boo" (her words), there was no reason I couldn't find gainful employment. I had sought this person's counsel because of the possibility of not being able to find work commensurate with my forty one years of work experience, which at the time was almost certainly a longer employment history than hers. I was honest and forthright in my explanations. She was rude, condescending and apparently uninformed regarding basic surgical procedures. She was dismissive and ended the interview abruptly. I had never been treated so rudely by anyone, in any profession or walk of life. Don't presume that it's just because she's a lawyer, and that all lawyers behave this way. My father was a lawyer, and he had never conducted himself in such an unprofessional manner in his entire career. If you're seeking legal counsel regarding disability, save yourself some time and misery and look elsewhere.

Lisa always responded to my emails instantly and she knew what she was doing, in terms of how my daughter should prepare (gather evidence about the ticket as well as her good record and character), how many ways the cop fumbled writing up the ticket, and even which judges are better/worse. She also arranged to move the hearing date so that my daughter didn't have to make a trip to the area during summer break. Although it was probably a slam dunk case, we didn't know that until Lissa looked into things, and she gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. Of course she got the charge dismissed. Yay, Lissa!
