I decided to get a backup generator for my house in rural Massachusetts. Anastasia and I arrived…read moreon a price; because of the pandemic Anastasia told me that I'd have to pay more to have a unit shipped to them or wait until spring when we would get to the front of Generac's wait-list. I asked if they would service the unit since they weren't located in Western Mass. They said they sell install, and service units all over the State. We also agreed on a price, where the unit would go. They showed up and started to install the unit on the other side of the house that we had agreed it would go but relented when I complained. This year, the backup generator stopped turning on when the power failed. I contacted Anastasi and reached voicemail. I tried calling many times, and I also emailed them. Despite sending them multiple emails and leaving multiple voicemails, I never was called back. So the company that sold it to me (Anastasi) lied about servicing the unit and I have to find someone to service it who didn't sell it to me and has no commitment to me whatsoever. If you are located in Eastern Mass you might have better luck. I deeply regret haven't bought the unit from Anastasia.
