She has helped me understand in a visceral way how they are all connected by underlying trauma, and has worked with me directly and given me tools to process it on my own. I still have work to do, but now my back pain is gone, I am a more relaxed and open person, and I feel like I'm able to express more of myself every day. My work, personal relationships, and overall quality of life have all improved dramatically. Josie uses a breadth of modalities depending on the focus of our time together. She is deeply knowledgeable about the science and research behind each of her approaches, and can explain how each approach fits with the rest of the treatment. Josie brings a high degree of integrity to her work, and she is compassionate and warm. She brings humor, honesty, and joy to her work.
