You can reserve a car/truck online but I called because I was on a time limit and wanted to make sure we got one for the day/time I needed it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the van I rented was practically brand new with very few miles on it. The van was very clean and well maintained. Depending on the day you rent, the charge per mile is either .79 or .99 cents during a weekend. They offer a $10 insurance coverage plan in case of an accident that is so worth it. I highly recommend getting the coverage just in case. You do not want to be responsible or liable if something were to happen. They do ask not to leave the inside of the vans/ cars very dirty or they charge a mandatory fee of $250. I highly recommend them if you need a van to move for a few hours, fast friendly service.

However the white lady was rushing because her shift was over and said "I'm not listening to anything else you say. I already heard you. You can't rent it." But he didn't even finish what he had to say. Her shift ended around 3:00pm. She is racist and rude to non native people and so is anyone else who works there. She especially needs to get fired.

He went back and forth with me about my choice of vehicle and what I considered to be comfortable for me. And stated he couldn't give me a bigger car for free.. I never stated anything about a free upgrade, I just wanted what I reserved. he stated the person before me kept it longer. He did nothing to try to find me a replacement. Until I asked him to call another location. I'd never choose this location as long as hes the mgr. he's unprofessional and rude. He didn't know what I had to do. And to be rude! I was lied to…read moreand deceived into purchasing Enterprise's insurance for the rental when my own insurance already covered the rental car. I don't get into a lot of accidents and have t been in one in years so I wasn't aware of that. My car was in the shop for 14 days so their insurance cost me just about $500 which negates any benefit from having my own insurance cover the rental car with a $500 deductible. The female rep told me that if I didn't purchase their insurance, if any happened to the rental car I'd have to pay for it on my own out of pocket. Those are the words she used. I complained to customer service who got me in contact with a supervisor. As I explained what happened I could tell five minutes into the call that based on his attitude and demeanor on the phone that he wasn't interested in my complaint and had already decided to dismiss it. A day or two later he calls me back with some BS excuse as to why his agent didn't do anything wrong. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AN ENTERPRISE AGAIN. And I will bad mouth them to anyone who will listen. Consumers must warn and protect each other from predatory businesses like this!!! Do not use Enterprise and especially not this location.

The rate was cheaper than other locations but the benefits end there. I called a few hours prior to schedule pickup and Keith was very short on the phone when I simply asked to confirm they had my car type on hand. Once I arrived, Keith was still there and was just as rude. He "upgraded" me to a truck that was dirty with a dented bumper. In the future, I wouldn't rent from this location and my experience here has me rethinking if I'd use Budget again.

    The owner of this rental agency overcharged rental fees by more than a week simply because he did…read morenot go look in the lot for the car, despite that the national office had been contacted and informed that the car had been returned. The national office has records that I called to report the car returned, and made notes in the file on the company's accessible computer system. I called the national office because this location does not have a key drop off box and I returned the car after hours with the keys in the car and wanted them to know it was there. The owner of this location chose to pretend he did not see the report nor the car until a week later and charged my card for more than a week's worth of extra days despite the fact that the car had been sitting in his own lot the whole time. I was never informed, not one day, two days or three days after the car rental was due, that he thought I still had it. I had no contact until more than a week later. It's not my fault he didn't bother to look in his lot, or look at the file to see that the car was returned. It was just an excuse he used to get more money from my card. Laziness on his part to not see his car in the lot or call the customer to ask about why it was not returned, to which I would have informed him that it is right there in his lot and the national office had already been informed.

    I had the worst experience with this Enterprise location. My car was hit in parking garage and per…read moreAllstate, I was sent to a body shop in this area and was told Enterprise would handle my rental. Emily Diamond (Management Trainee on her business card) met me at the garage and first asked if I had ever rented a car before. I told her I had not- and looking back I should have seen that as a red flag. My car was a sedan- but the car Emily brought for me was an SUV. She kept telling me about the leather seats and how much she thought I would love it. Never going through this process before- I thought that since this was the vehicle they brought me, that this was my only choice. I knew Allstate would give me a 40/day stipend towards a rental, (which Emily enthusiastically told me was great) while this SUV was $47.90/day. So I'd be responsible for $7.90 day plus tax. She also told me I HAD to insure the rental- and my choices were partial or full coverage. I.e. $25/day extra, or $45/day extra. I chose the $25/day. It wasn't until I got home and called USAA (The mans insurance who hit my car) that they told me Enterprise had completely taken advantage of me. They told me because my car was a sedan that they would only cover a rental of a sedan, up to $20/day. They said it was criminal that Enterprise would have given be an SUV, knowing this. They also told me that I did not have to buy the extra insurance, and that Emily had lied to me. Wonderful. I called Enterprise immediately and explained my issues and told them I wanted to terminate my insurance and return the SUV for a sedan. Was told it was not a problem- except they did not have a sedan for me. I called for the next 3 days and they repeatedly told me they did not have sedans for me. Even though my car was still in the shop- finally on the 4th day I turned my SUV in. I did not want to give another cent to Enterprise, and would rather walk everywhere then have to deal with them. In every interaction with them I was told that customer service is the most important thing to them- well I have news for you- Your customer service is the worst I've ever encountered and I will tell EVERYONE I know to stay away from your company.
