I started having a problem with my front door lock and thought it needed replacing. I contacted B&D because they had good reviews. Elliot came out and told me that the problem was actually that my front door had shifted over time. He took some time readjusting the door, fixed the "sticky" problem with the lock, made me three new keys and also a new key for my Honda CRV. Excellent service. Superb service! I recently purchased new home and needed someone to install new keypad locks and rekey several doors. I initially tried to have my handyman do it, but he did not have the proper expertise. Eliud was the perfect man for the job! Two guys came by as soon as we called and tried various methods to prevent having to drill the door open. We were nervous to be locked out with a baby but these guys worked quickly and efficiently! Also I liked the flat rate as opposed to some companies quoting me a fee to come out plus another fee "after we see the lock." Ellud came out to my office a year or so ago and replaced the deadbolt on my front door. He was clean, fast and came when I needed him. His prices are fair. Recently I called him again because another lock was causing a problem. He came out and lubricated it so that it worked like new again.
