I now needed a dishwasher and thought it's Memorial Day let me try Lowes again Well they didn't honor the veteran discount they used to give! It also was on Memorial Day and my husband is a veteran, my husband and I were shocked! We bought the dishwasher anyway! Well delivery day came and the dishwasher was put in The installer left and I went to work Here the dishwasher was leaking all day long Leaked into my kitchen and then down to my basement! The only way to stop it was to go to the circuit breaker I went to my basement and realized that too was soaked and much damage was done! Ruined my sofa Ruined my desk and computer as these items are beneath the dishwasher in my basement. When I got home from work at 7:00 I was exited to go use my dishwasher and to my demise I slid across the kitchen floor onto my booty from the water that was running all day long!!! I called Lowe's sad and upset as anyone would be and the assistant manager said he had a bad day and didn't need to deal with this and hung up on me!! I then called back and got a nice man names Sam who was helpful and cared! He said they would bring me a new dishwasher tomorrow Well tomorrow came and a service company came to take the dishwasher without a new one and also said he couldn't remove it because it is installed! An absolute disaster to say the least So I still have no dishwasher and a soaked sofa with a sad boy with no computer! All while Lowe's is doing nothing I don't know what happened to their service! Such a disappointment and unnecessary waste of time and energy. I like to give the benefit of the doubt but this is every time I get an appliance from them! Do not use Lowe's Support a mom and pop shop!

Turned out to be the same man who didn't help my husband. He responded in the rudest way possible that they didn't sell it and directed me to some far-flung electrical supply store. Nor did they have small motor oil or rebar. By the time I got that far, I wasn't even going to ask about extension cords. I went to Lowes, where the gentleman in the wire cutting aisle was more than helpful, and directed me to all the other places in the store where I could find the items I required. Such a shame. This is a review about a company with a good product, but one who is losing customers because of poor customer service. Brian is a customer facing employee, working the counter and helping with orders. Brian was so rude to us on three separate occasions that during our last visit the other salesperson apologized for his behavior. Brian has been such an appalling person in his attitude and the way he handles situations that everyone needs to know not to do business with him, or Delaware Valley Plumbing Supply and West End Hardware as long as he is there. Over the years we have purchased tens of thousands of dollars worth of products here and we have been loyal customers when we could have purchased elsewhere for less. We have purchased faucets, fixtures, shower heads, sinks, toilets, valves, hardware and more. Given this, you would have expected better customer service. We are not the only ones who have had a poor experience with Brian, just read some of the other reviews. We do not recommend this business and will not return as long as Brian is there. He advised me to order all the door hardware for a new home before an upcoming price increase. Moreover, he takes all the hardware products and labels them to match the room/door. I've been to the store no less than 5 times over the last two weeks and each time has left a sour taste in my mouth. Not sure if the "plant people" are employees, contractors, seasonal, nursery employees, or something else, but they routinely take the joy out of shopping. The mostly indoor permanent staff on the other hand are pretty good. But I can't look past the rudeness in the garden area!

What was…read moreinitially thought to be a quick, fast and cheap project was longer time, only 1 lock was changed, and he left with one of the screen door locks. NBD because all locks have since been changed. Adam then went into action to help us figure out what locks we need at best cost and number of locks. I would recommend Adam, I would suggest taking as many pictures of your locks as possible so you can coordinate if it is possible or if you need a new lock all together
