Despite the extreme heat, he stayed focused, professional, and made sure both keys were programmed perfectly before he left. Days later, when my trunk unexpectedly stopped working, Abraham traveled from New Jersey to my home in Philadelphia, fixed the issue promptly, and didn't charge me anything extra. His professionalism, integrity, and dedication were outstanding . In my opinion, Abraham is exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have. I'd easily see him leading a whole department & mentoring other technicians under detailed work ethic. Highly recommend ProKeys Locksmith, and if you're lucky enough to get Abraham, you're in great hands.

Well I'm not changing nor taking down my review this time! You screwed my door up, the paddle handle that did work before two of their technicians came out and now does not work at all! Your technicians are so unprofessional they don't even tell you they are leaving and that there is a problem and they weren't able to fix it. BTW, if they are charging you a 4% service fee on your credit card like they tried to do to me the first time, it is not legal, UNLESS THEIR BANK IS CHARGING THEM 4%! Once you call them out on it, they will call you back and drop the fee. That's right, my bill started out at $1,085 and once I posted a bad review the owner called, asked me to change my review, took $700 off my bill offered a 4 year warranty, told me he was firing the tech, because he rips people off and I wasn't the first, that he had problems with him. Guess who the first tech was that came to the office today? Yup the one that was supposedly fired! Now going to try to tell me it's the door?? Do I look like I am stupid? It's a stand alone building with plenty of parking. Inside is small, but has all of your lock, key and safe needs covered at affordable prices. The customer service is great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. They were able to help me get copies of my keys in minutes as well as provide some knowledge around them. I'll be using Arnold's for all my future key needs.

He provided a quote to add a deadbolt to our door and re-key it to an existing key. The price was slightly better than two other competitors on yelp, and Chris had more reviews and a five star rating, so went with him. I wasn't disappointed! Chris was able to come out THAT DAY and add the deadbolt we wanted, as well as fix the door handle so that it better aligned with the door jam and was able to close properly (an existing issue we had since we bought the house). He also filed down the pins in the new deadbolt because it was slightly different than the key we wanted it to match. He very well could have just told us that we had to deal with two separate keys, but instead, went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. While he was there, I asked what he would charge to come back another day and fix three other doors that were a little bit hard to close. Instead, he ended up providing a discount price and fixing all three that night. Our doors and locks are now all in perfect order, and it didn't take all that much out of my wallet. Really appreciated the professionalism, the good price, and Chris's willingness to explain exactly what he was doing while he was doing it. Would not hesitate to recommend or to hire again!
