Fantastic selection of flowers and gifts, and truly friendly service. Every time I order from them,…read moreI get really great feedback from the receiver about how beautiful the flowers are. I suspect they add a little something extra to the standard FTD offerings, because if you visit the store itself, they sure do add something to their retail space. Far higher quality offerings than you might expect from a tiny, out-of-the-way location like this, and they've never messed up an order for me. I can also say the people who work there are truly decent, kind human beings. I went in once to order flowers for a family member who'd passed, and was still pretty emotional. The store's owner took my order and when I started to cry a little, she came around the counter with a tissue and a hug. Where do you get THAT kind of customer service any more? Can't recommend them more highly.

I got tired of ordering flowers for my sister from the corporate internet giant. So I got the name…read moreand number of Purple Pansy from Yelp. I have ordered two arrangements. My sister LOVED the first one. The day the second one was delivered, she ended up in the hospital. I called the answering service to try to get the delivery aborted but that didn't work. I emailed them and got an answer email back right away, even though it was in the evening. But then one of their employees (shout out to Nadine!!) actually went to my sister's house, got the arrangement and took it back. She's going to redo it and deliver it again when I tell her my sister is back home. And she was worried about my sister's mail lying outside so she covered it with a plastic bag! The weak link in all this is Purple Pansy's answering service - they didn't pass my message on. Just call during business hours (which are a bit odd) or email for better service.

First of all, Linden Hill Gardens is easily the most beautiful idyllic place on 611. I mean I felt…read morelike I was in Maine or England. It was just breath takingly gorgeous and quaint. We met Jerry Fritz and company back at the Flower Show, Jerry has since been on the Martha Stewart Show and travels all over with his rare, unusual and cutting edge plants and ideas! My mother and I took a terrarium class with the fantastic Jess in the gorgeous 100 year old ( or older? younger?) barn with the light pouring in from the windows. Jess gave a great class. For ten dollars, you brought your own vessels, or you could buy one at the shop. They also sold plants, but provided us with stones, charcoal, potting soil and some neat wood, sea glass and other ornamentals for our pretties! Seriously a bargain. Everyone who participated in class was really friendly and lovely. I've taken classes at Paper Source or other places in philly and had to endure some snobby folks! Where do I begin? The bathroom is in a quaint little one room house, the bathroom house is also home to a lot of the air plants. Jerry's airplants are like none other. He has made balls out of some and just the varieties are amazing. I mean seriously who knew there were so many types?!? Scattered on the rest of the grounds are all sorts of plants. Fruit bushes like red currants and blueberries. Tons of succulents. What they really specialize in however are plants for terrariums, little dwarf asparagus ferns, teardrops, and scads more! Linden Hill is open everyday from 8-4, they have picnic tables too, incase you wanted to picnic, you can even throw your scraps to the chickens! However, our next plan is as follows....late breakfast at Vera's, garden shopping and antiquing, early dinner at the bookstore speakeasy.

I visited Linden Hill Gardens for a Door to Door Organics free BBQ. I've never heard of this place…read morebefore, but I'm glad I had the opportunity to visit! This is a beautiful gem in bucks county. I would absolutely recommend it. I wonder if they do other events like weddings.... The buildings and the gardens would make for a great event setting! The gardens are beautifully done and they have lots and lots of plants for sale that are reasonably priced. We even bought some. There are a lot of rustic decorative items to merchandise the plants. Check this place out!! I would even come back even though it's over an hour away from my house. I've already recommended it to my family. We'll be back!

The longer we worked…read morewith him, the less confident we became in his ability to deliver what we envisioned on our wedding day. He was not prepared, organized, or helpful. He was not honest and he added no value. We strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for a florist. Too many concerns and too much stress. This is not someone you trust and believe in.

Mark Bryan is a floral designer we retained for our daughter's wedding which took place 11/14/15…read more From our first meeting with him one year ago and visit with him at his studio we were impressed with his creativity, energy and ideas. Our daughter worked with him directly after the first meeting and she was impressed and extremely satisfied with his work and responsiveness. She did not micromanage the design but did select the overall theme and flower ideas. Then she gave Mark complete freedom to design the floral pieces for her wedding. At our first meeting Mark gave my wife a sample succulent that he would be using and did use in the design. That sample is still growing and is on our kitchen window box today. The floral pieces at the wedding were breathtaking. The corsages and all other floral items were beautiful. We took one home and continue to admire it now. We were all extremely pleased with Mark and his efforts. Having never worked with such a floral designer and never planned a Wedding, it is difficult to compare. Our only daughter was getting married so we wanted it to be perfect and it was. In sum we very happy with Mark Bryan and highly recommend him. Mark & Nancy.
