I called around, and Neff had the best weekly rate on a newer machine so I bit. Although I had to drive to Roseville (from Sac) to get the machine, they told me I could return it at any local Neff Rental (There are two within 7 miles). The machine worked like a beast, draining 7 gallons of water out of the house in 7 days. Thanks Neff Rentals! coming back for my next equipment rental need.

Moises was outstanding to work with. I explained what I had and what I needed and he said no problem let me give you a quote. Quote was great so we scheduled the work. He called to confirm Friday about what time I would be arriving on Monday. After dropping it off he confirmed when it would be ready. The next afternoon it was done; ahead of schedule and on budget. Got up there to pick it up and the installation was perfect and the interior was clean and everything was in its place. It's been years since I have found this level of customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them for your upholstery needs.

El Monte, Cruise America, small local renters, and private parties thru Outdoorsy. Our experience with A Family Affair has by far been the best ever! Moses and his wife run a genuine mom and pop shop and have a great passion for their clients. They not only made the rental experience quick and easy, they were a joy to work with. We rented their almost new 2024 Entegra Odyssey 30Z class C. As a new rig, there were a few minor issues that came up. Moses was super helpful and got back to me via phone to help me thru the problems we did have. He was also nice enough to let me park my car in his yard while we were gone, and made the return check in process super easy. I wish I had discovered A Family Affair years ago. I will definitely rent from them again, and highly recommend them!

The stars are for the two employees that stood out and made my experience amazing. Shot out to Quincy and Joe! Quincy checked me in and was super sweet and personable. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was set. The van itself was fine. It jerked at bit when it idled, wasn't the smoothest ride but I got everything moved to my new facility in one swoop! It was good on gas but I didn't go very far, just had limited time and wanted to knock it out in one trip. Legit spent $6 on gas which would've been wayyyy more in my guzzling truck lol. Joe checked me in and was super kind and human. Traffic is awful at this location certain times of day. I know this area too well and had forgotten. Know that going in, and they don't have parking at the location. Places like this you just expect to do what you gotta do, but standout stars like Quincy and Joe make it pleasant and the experience memorable.

Certainly not thinning the steel tank just rubbed the paint. Her response was "regulations say it can't be filled". What regulation?? The person giving the certification class said not to fill if tank appears damaged because "if you get in an accident and the tank explodes l'll get sued ". Really just weak excuses to not fill the tank. I'll drive farther and pay $0.04/gallon more!

We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

I needed to rent a truck to move from Sacramento to Elk Grove. I don't have many big items so I…read moreonly needed a 10' truck. Unfortunately, the 10' truck does not come with a built in loading ramp. They also do not offer to rent out a separate ramp. I had to pay $10 more to get the 15' just to get a truck with a ramp. I needed a ramp because I will be transporting a treadmill. I reserved the truck on their website. It was a simple process. The next day, I received a call to confirm my reservation and location for pick up. On the day of the pick up, the staff that helped me seemed like she didn't want to be there. She wasn't really rude but not friendly as well. After I signed the paperwork, I did a walk through of the truck since I didn't pay for the add on insurance. I was given a truck with only a quarter of gas tank filled. Luckily, I only needed to fill the tank to match what was received. The 15' truck was really roomy. It was nice with the built in ramp but I think they should have made the ramp wider. The returning process was easy. I pulled up to the return area and waited for a staff to assist me. He was quick and friendly. I was told the final cost of the rental and received a copy of the receipt.
