The system has two separate refrigeration and freezer units with a cosmetic frame. The freezer was working fine; the reefer works but could not get the constant temp below 55 degrees. Miller's solution was to replace the entire system at a total cost of almost $11,000. I called an approved Electrolux repair shop and the repair was actually straight forward - a simple parts replacement that was covered under an extended warranty. Miller Maintenance is a handy man operation that should NEVER be used for appliance repair. They had no business touching this system - professional ethics dictate their only answer should have been to decline to address the repair. Instead, they recommended replacing the entire system. Unbelievable. This makes me wonder if this was fraud. Do NOT use Miller Maintenance.

While doing the kitchen lights, they realized that due to the old and rather complex wiring of our house, we had to solve for a couple unexpected issues. The most notable issue was that the new arc fault breaker kept tripping when we turned on a hallway light. His team diagnosed the issue and solved it quickly. The primary job took just part of one day, but identifying the unforseen issues and getting the parts stretched it out another couple days. However, the entire time Gavin was in communication with us. He emailed and called to provide updates and to schedule his team ASAP to come by.
