I contacted Jason, my mechanic advisor at Meador Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram who recommended Ken Ballard Lynn Smith Collision Center. Ken took over and was very reassuring that his team could repair the damages to my truck, but I wasn't so confident because of how it looked and especially once I saw the damages marked and all broken down into pieces. It was a very challenging project to get done but Ken kept me in the loop of the repair process the whole way. There were more damages found during the repair that I was informed of that could have easily classified the vehicle as being totaled by my insurance. Ken was steadfast that his team could do the job as they had done before for other customers, so I said to continue with the repairs. A couple months went by and by February 2021 Ken called saying that I could come by and pick up my truck. I was nervous when I saw the truck again and admit that I was skeptical that everything was put back together and painted right as if the accident never happened. I was amazed at how good the body & paint job looked and was very satisfied. The underside of the body, suspension, and frame damage was another concern, but Lynn Smith Collision Center offers a lifetime warranty on all of their work. I must say that so far I am very pleased over the extensive work and challenges that was done to my still very new like 2019 Ram 1500 truck. I waited to post a review to drive the truck for a couple of months to get a really good feel of how the truck drives and handles since the accident. Everything seems to be in order and the truck drives very well, so Ken Ballard I thank you and if you get to read this review, then please tell your repair team that they did a very good job getting me back rolling again. The extensive work required was accomplished in a timely manner. When I picked up the car it looked as if nothing had ever happened to it. They did an outstanding job. The customer service provided by Tim Beamish, and Dianna was outstanding. Any time I called she provided an accurate update. Tim called me with updates during the process, kept me up to date. The big part was the car was ready when he said it would be. I heartily recommend this collision center to others.

(Not True and any automaker would not design a car that way.) It took only 19 bolts and remove/replace 6 clips to finish the entire job. My friend needed me to pick him up and I walked in right when he was quoting him. I saved my friend from paying $370 to change 6 sparkplugs. If you don't know about cars, do not go here. Very personable, very nice, has a great smile, with twilight eyes and is a "god fearing man", but he must be in money trouble to be charging those rates. He didn't like that I showed up, because I called him out and his personable demeanor changed fast. If you want honest, go to Car Zone (small hill and belt line in Grand Prairie) ask for Aladdin. Mention me, he knows me by the nickname "Money Man" (I don't have money, but that is what he calls me.)

I met the owner Milton the next day while at Chipotle and told me to take my Jeep in so he could look. $200 later it was fixed and I was off. He is the definition of Integrity & affordable. Milton even came to check out my landlords car that was broke...he literally drove himself over to inspect it because her car wouldn't drive. He fixed her car at her house! What incredible service! Since then I have recommended him and several friends have used him. My roomate is headed there tomorrow to get his brakes done. However, a few months later the battery he sold me completely died. I mean deader than any other battery I've ever owned in my 34 years of driving. I call, text , email and nothing! Still nothing a week later. I finally got another provider who said tested the battery and said it' was defective and he's rarely seen a battery this dead and the manufacturer is to have known issues and is faulty. Will definitely never use this company again.
