Again, highly recommend this party rental business and from the website, it appears they have jump houses also, so I imagine those will also be clean and in perfect working condition. Not recommend for a few reasons. 1. The lady owner has bad…read moreattitude when it comes to addressing customer's concerns. 2. They never told me that they charge extra when picking up the next day. Even in the contract it says 24 hrs. Anything after 24 hrs there will be extra charge. But no, when the husband delivered asked me for another $50 if I wanted them to pick up the next day, otherwise he would pick up at 9:00 p.m so I disagreed because that was not explained to me when I got the quote so I ended up giving him another $30 so my total for the night was $380. (See picture). 2. Also during the party the bull stopped working properly, it would only do turns. So when I told her next day, she stated that she couldn't reimburse anything because I should of called right away. Husband said they have this problem sometimes. So be aware. If it happens yo have to call immediately and she said they will come fix it. 3. Customer service.. so if you have a concern, you will deal with the wife. Who has a bad attitude. I understand if you can't reimburse or don't want to do anything for customer, but there are ways to do so without being rude. 4. I guess the few positive things... the husband has a good attitude but he only deals with installation. One of the connection was damaged when he installed and left. We called them and he came back and fixed it. Yes, master bull is nice, but if it doesn't work properly it is definitely not worth risking $380 dls for it. Especially to have to deal with someone like her. Hopefully she takes some customer service classes to learn how properly and in a simple way, say N0 to her customers. On my part, I would never use them again, neither recommend.

We were really happy with our choice to use Jumpy Frog. My kids enjoyed the slides and so did the adults. Set up was around the ETA first original window. We did have some issues with our electrical, because it was very powerful. But luckily we got it early enough to solve the problem by renting a generator. Hooked it up to that baby and 0 outages. We will rent from Jumpy Frog for our party jumper needs. Great service, drop off and pick up. Thank you Jumpy Frog and Cindy for all your help and great service... I highly recommend them...

So once I started looking around I came across abbas. There delivery fee was incredibly super affordable compared to others (literally $200 cheaper). And When I called to book my event and ask about what time can he deliver he said "you tell me what time and ill be there".. I was super happy with there services and would recommend them to others. Only reason why I took off 1 star was due to my wedding arch blowing over because it was not secured to the ground in any way. My mom and friends had to put 2 chairs around the bottom to keep it up (which kinda looked tacky) but it all worked out in the end.. it was just a misnuderstanding/accident.
