After making my way to this location and entering, I was greeted immediately and shown to a table. Our server, Jeremy, promptly introduced himself and was ready to take orders. Several minutes after placing said order, I was presented with a hot and fresh Turkey Melt accompanied by hot and fresh sweet potato fries. It was as good as I anticipated, absolutely no complaints. Service was fast and friendly. Location is clean and conveniently located. Definitely swing by Chappy's if you're in the area!

My concern is simply about food safety and quality. A pickup station without temperature control raises valid concerns, especially when items like salads contain dairy products that shouldn't sit at room temperature. As a regular customer who orders takeout often and dines in about once a month, this experience was disappointing.
