I couldn't use my usual locksmith (they're closed on Sunday), so I called Buddy's Locksmith to unlock a bike lock on my Yakima bike rack. Service was good, the locksmith came on time and fixed my issue quickly (10m). My only problem was the cost - $200 + $29 on call fee. Our service tech from Buddys, Adam, was so professional, quick, and his safety measures were on point! He was wearing his mask throughout the whole service he provided which my family and I appreciated very much. Safety during COVID (especially with 2 seniors in the house) is a big deal and should be the #1 priority of all working people right now. Anyway. Long story short, one of my family members dropped their house key in front of our house running to their Uber, didn't notice until later. On our home security cameras, we saw someone come up and take them from the ground the same day. Upon seeing this on the cameras, We called Buddy's around 4:30 pm, Adam, our service tech, gave us an hour ETA and he was at our house at exactly 5:30. Bain (I think that was his name) was very quick and efficient. His response was amazing. We thought we needed to replace something with the key switch, instead he helped us with his knowledge by fixing the problem rather than having to pay an arm and a leg, saved us a quite a few bucks.
